Sutherland John Douglas Passed away on December 25, 2022 after complications from cancer. John was born on May 5, 1939 in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated from Stillwater High School where he met Nadji Ouradnik. They were married at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Stillwater on May 28, 1961 and went on to have 2 children, Joseph and Patrick. John worked as a surveyor for MN DOT. He retired after 45 years, giving him more time for hobbies and projects. John is survived by his wife Nadji Sutherland of Stillwater, MN, sons Joe (Jennifer) Sutherland of International Falls, MN, and Patrick (Amanda) of Mankato, MN and grandchildren Connor, Holden, Cora, Owen, and Lily.
