John Mcgee Sr Obituary

John J. McGee Sr, age 71, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023 surrounded in love with his family by his side. Jack was proud of his Southwest Philadelphia upbringing with his parents, Edward and Agnes (nee McCollum) McGee and his seven siblings. He was a graduate of Saint Barnabas Catholic Grade School and Class of 1970 at West Catholic High School. Jack worked and retired from PECO. He loved his Phillies and Eagles, listening to music, cooking, and making his own wine. Jack leaves behind his beloved wife Terry (nee Fiedler) and his loving children John McGee, Jr and Melanie Cutillo (John). He was blessed with three grandsons: Brendan, Ethan and Noah. He also is survived by five siblings: Michael McGee (Doris), Brian McGee (Jeanine), Robert McGee, Suzann Horn (Henry), and Timothy McGee. He has been reunited with his brothers, the late Edward and Gerard. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, April 29, 2023 to the King Funeral Home, 209 N. Newtown Street Road, Route 252, Newtown Square, PA 19073 from 9 am until 10:50 am. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Interment after the service at SS.
