He is survived by daughter/caregiver: Ruby (Ireneo) Rellin, stepson: George Rivera Jr and daughter-in-law: Linda Marie Rivera, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by wife: Sarah Kapoli (Kamealoha) Kamakea, son: Wayne Raymond Kamakea, stepson: Felecito Rivera, daughter-in-laws: Cecilia \u0026quot;Lele, Cece\u0026quot; Rivera and Tracy Kamakea, parents: John Kamakea and Luciana Havis. Celebration of Life will be held on: Saturday April 29, 2023 at Kamakea \u0026amp; Rellin Residence, 89-1028 Pikaiolena St. (Series 7) Nanakuli, Hawaii 96792, starting at 10am. Scattering of ashes will be at a later date. "
