John Maskill Fogg of Lower Alloways Creek, NJ, went home to his Saviour on June 18, 2022. John was born to Lewis W. Fogg and Amy P. Fogg on January 28, 1940. John's motto was "A Healthy Mind is Busy Body, and a Busy Body is a Healthy Mind". He stayed true to that until the very end. He was an avid fisherman and muskrat trapper. He enjoyed being outside and riding around in his ATV's. His favorite place was in the meadow; alone in nature, and with God. He loved people and would talk to any and everyone. His laugh was contagious and his hugs could change your day around. John was a U. S. Navy Veteran and took great pride in his service to our country. The greatest joys of his life were his grandchildren. Being a big kid himself, he embraces every moment with them. He would spend hours watching cartoons and reading them stories, his version of the stories, of course. He also adored his daughters, they were his pride and joy. His heart belonged to the Lord and he would let everyone know about his best friend, Jesus. We rest in the hope that he is living in the presence of his best friend for eternity. He is survived by his brothers, Luke Fogg and Carl Fogg (Jane); sister, Lis Beal (Harry); daughters, Jennifer Lee (Kyle) and Erin Fogg; step-children, Karla Shaw (Marc), Kathleen Bowdish (Bruce), Kristopher Klockenteger (Kelly) and Donald Gunning, Jr. (Nancy); nephew, Lewis R. Fogg (Diana); his grandsons, Isaac, Eli, Silas, Samson, Judah and Soren and granddaughters, Calley, Camryn and Emerson. A Memorial Service will be held on July 9th at 11:00 am at Canton Baptist Church. A luncheon will follow. Please wear bright colors. Please send flowers.
