"Jimmy Buffet once said, "It's important to have as much fun as possible while we're here. " Like her favorite singer, Marsha Elizabeth Anderson Fiveash, had a whole lotta fun. Like Buffet, Marsha understood the salt life. She was born in Reidsville, Georgia delivered by her own grandmother, a nurse. From the start her mother says Marsha was deeply "independent. " She was raised in the salty air of Savannah, and that would forever be home. She made her way, as an educator, sharing her vast love of reading with children. The deepest love of her life - her two daughters. Marsha fiercely loved her "girls," Bailey and Kelsey. She also loved their husbands and their friends who deeply love her, Marsha just understood kids. And over the past 5 years, her heart for kids exploded, as she proudly became "EE" to little Mac and Kason. Marsha was a problem solver. Whether a complicated craft or a plumbing issue, she figured things out, \u0026quot;independent\u0026quot; as her Mom said. Her fighting spirit took her to the end, and so did her selflessness. In her weakened state, she proved her strength. She could barely speak but made it loud and clear to her family that she will forever love them. She showed, and gifted, love freely. From a deeply thoughtful handcrafted ornament to an act of service, Marsha Fiveash was a true friend. Marsha leaves behind a trail of love through her beloved family: mother Betty, brother Robert, sister-in-law Brenda, nephew Matthew, niece Grace (Emmett), daughters Bailey and Kelsey, son-in-law's Steven and Kenneth, grandsons Mac, Kason and step-grandson Kolby. Marsha is preceded by her dad Robert, grandparents: Otis and Nora Tapley and Elouise and Harley Anderson. Marsha will be remembered for her collection of pink flamingos, her year-round devotion to flip-flops, her deep wit and her wide love. Marsha Elizabeth Anderson Fiveash had as "much FUN as possible.
