Mr. Joey Ray Howard, age 23, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on February 25, 2000 in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was the loving son of Randy and April Dawn Smith Howard. He was raised in Carrollton and attended school there. Joey just recently moved to Madison. He was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed working on cars and bikes. He had most recently worked for Taco Bell as a cook. Joey died on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 7:53 pm at the in Madison, Indiana.
