Joe Logsdon 65, of Sacramento, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at his home in Sacramento. Joseph Carroll Logsdon was born August 13, 1953 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late William Burnice "Babe" and Virgie Marie West Logsdon and was married to the former Tracy Lynn Sturgeon March 21, 1992. Joe was a 1972 Graduate of Sacramento High School, earlier worked as a coal miner, helped several area farmers with spray applications, and recently enjoyed helping his nephew, Phillip Logsdon on his farm. He was a member of Calhoun Baptist Church and was currently serving his 2nd term as a Sacramento City Commissioner. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, and supporting his children and all of their friends in each of their sports activities. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Tracy Logsdon; three sons, Tony Logsdon (Tiffany) of Beech Grove, Tyler Logsdon (Keelia) of Evansville and Will Logsdon of Sacramento; a daughter, Amy Bell (Tracy) of Rumsey; four grandchildren, Trey Bell, Laila Bell, Emma Logsdon, and Clay Logsdon; and his mother-in-law, Betty Sturgeon of Owensboro. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with Dr. Richard Sams officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Joe's family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday at Musters in Calhoun.
