Joe Vernon Lenox age 84, of Russellville, passed away June 19, 2022. Joe was a Christian above all else and preached the Gospel as an ordained Baptist Minister. He Proudly served his Country from 1957 until 1963 in the US Air Force. He met and married his wife, Jackie in Alamogordo, NM in 1960 and they loved each other 'til death they parted. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Campbell Lenox; children, Linnea Kay Wammack, Mark Leland Lenox; sister, Conda Spyropoulos; grandchildren, Paul Wammack, Rachel Purcell, Lauren Lenox, Garrett Findley, Bret Findley, Blake Findley, Bella Wammack, Levi Findley, Loxton Findley, Emily Findley, R. J. Minor and Cheyenne Minor. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 26,2022 at 3:00 pm, at Calvary Baptist Church in Russellville, Alabama.
