J. passed away peacefully at home on Saturday June 18, 2022, devoted wife of Richard, dear sister of Maryann Russo (Tony (deceased)) and Monsignor James Dubell, step-mother to Anne Clevenger (Ken), Rick Coughlin (Kim), May Gaffney (Thomas) and Carolyn Raiman (Robert), aunt to Joann Gsell (Kevin) and Anthony Russo IV (Melissa), beloved grandmother to Kelly and Connor Coughlin, Michael and Kenny Clevenger, Andrew and Christian Raiman and Kate and Patrick Gaffney, and great-aunt to Jackie, Elizabeth, Kevin and Luke Gsell and Gabby and AJ Russo. Joan was pre-deceased by her parents Harold and Mary Dubell. Visiting hours will be Thursday June 23, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W Bay Ave in Barnegat.
