Joan Ardinger, 90, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed painting in her free time. Mrs. Joan is survived by her Brother, Bob Hodge (Wilmer); her sister, Jeanelle Blevins (Harold); her nephews, Steve, Reid, Jim, Fred, Tommy, Blaine, and Glenn; her nieces, Sharon, Gaila, Reeca, Stephanie, and Sarah; and host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ardinger; her children, Ricky and Susan Ardinger; her parents, Fred and Amy Hodge; and her siblings, Hoyt, Harold, Fred, Jr. , and Gerald Hodge. Frances Louise Comer, 95, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Saturday, December 2, 2023, in her home. Mrs. Frances' love of supervising people's work made her especially handy. She could work on vehicles, help with construction, and do anything she set her mind to. She worked as a seamstress for the Iuka Shirt Factory for 35 years. Everyone that knew Mrs. Frances knew about her love of word searches, the Atlanta Braves, and game shows. Either the Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune, or a Braves game were always on at her house. Whether it was someone she knew all her life or someone she just met, Mrs. Frances loved being around people. She had a contagious smile and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and all-around person. Mrs. Frances is survived by her children, Jerry Ray Comer (Faye) and Mary Honeycutt; her grandchildren, Robbie Comer (Jennifer), Amber Lambert (Brandon), Angie Hester (Dale), Susan Hendrix, Mickey Hendrix, Madonna Comer, and Wade Comer (Sandy); her great-grandchildren, Collin Tyler, Sara Crum, Matthew Dillard, Shawna Guthrie, Dakota Hester, Kaylee Comer, Logan Comer, Bethany Holcomb, and Hillary Jackson; a host of great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Betty Jane Seaman; her special niece, Anita Parker (Matt Chase); her beloved dog, Hoss; and her grand-dog, Skeeter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred M. Comer; her sons, A. J. and Doyle Comer; her parents, Mary and Robert Lee Adcock; her sisters, Martha Hammock, Rosa "Bludy" Adkins, Victoria Lambert, and Ruby Ramsey; her brothers, Tad, Omer, Homer, and James Adcock; and her son-in-law, Dan Honeycutt. Glenville "Glen" L. Cook, age 78 passed away peacefully at MRHC on Saturday, December 2, 2023. He enjoyed working on and restoring antique cars and tractors, doing yardwork, bee keeping, hamm radio, fishing and spending time with family. He was a 36 1/2 year Veteran serving 20 years in U. S. Army and 16 1/2 years in U. S. Airforce. He received a National Defense service metal, Vietnam Campaign metal with device and a Vietnam Service metal. Serving as a Military policeman, auto mechanic, and wheel vec machine mechanic. He was also a Mason and a Shriner. He is survived by his wife Judy G. Cook; daughter, Sandra Beavers; step-daughters, Melissa Copeland (Paul) and Teresa Richardson (Kenny); brothers, Donald Cook (Rita), Gene Cook (Julie), Fred Cook and Roger Cook; sister, Joyce Clark; ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mansfield Cook and Lou Ann Null Cook; two daughters, Amanda Wood and Rebecca Wood; brothers, Thomas Cook, Bill Cook, Ted Cook and Melvin Frashier; one grandchild, William Wesley Beavers; one step-grandson, Robert Clinton Smith; one step great grandson, David Christian Smith. Visitation will be at County Line Baptist Church, Walnut MS Monday, December 4, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p. m. until 8:00 p. m. Benjamin Tyler Coker, 26, of Iuka, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Benjamin dedicated a great amount of his time and energy to furthering his education. He graduated from Northeast Mississippi Community College with an associate's degree and was currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology and minor in sociology at the University of North Alabama. He would have graduated in May of 2024. Ben was a member of Iuka Baptist Church. He was also an Eagle Scout. For his Eagle Scout project, Ben restored the Amy Skinner and Jay Darwin nature trail at the Iuka Elementary School. Ben was a loyal volunteer at the Old Courthouse Museum in Iuka. Ben even returned after he moved away to college to assist with special events and be with his friends at the Old Courthouse Museum. Benjamin also enjoyed working at the Coker farm, riding dirt bikes, and creating new dirt bike trails. Ben loved being around family and friends. He loved being an uncle to his nieces and nephew. Ben had an extraordinary personality and brought positivity with him everywhere he went. His smile and outlook were infectious. He was widely known for being extremely funny, giving great advice, and simply just being a loyal friend and an upstanding person. Ben is survived by his parents, Johnny and Robin Coker; his brothers, Joshua Coker (Brittany) and Daniel Coker (Taylor); his nieces and nephew, Amelia, Elena, Danica Grace, Evan and Elizabeth Coker; his aunts and uncles, Scott Coker, Lee Razutis, Jennifer Thrasher, Anne Marie Brown, Henry Brown, Donald Brown, William Brown, Charlie Brown, and Samuel Strawbridge; and a host of other family members and friends. Donna Clark, 68, of Iuka, MS, died on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Donna enjoyed watching TikTok, browsing Facebook, and FaceTiming her great-granddaughter, Elliott. Before her health declined, she was involved in helping with the Living Free Ministries and Crosswinds Church. Donna was employed as a registered nurse for over 20 years, and later became a licensed cosmetologist. When she could, Donna enjoyed spending time visiting and going out to eat with the "Sistas". She was very proud to be from and live in Iuka. She is survived by her daughter, Nichole Walden (Nick); her grandchildren, Joseph Flanagan and Brianna Umfress; her great-granddaughter, Elliott Umfress; her siblings, Kathi Clark, Jeanann Willingham, and Jay Clark (Robert); several nieces and nephews. She was also survived by her special friends who were more like family, Lisa Reeder, Brenda Whitfield, CJ Rumley, Hildy Nolan, Sandi Kissinger, Heather Potts, Kim Borden, Gail Cutshall, and the "sistas". She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Monroe and Clara Elizabeth Tripp Clark; her husband, Bobby Joe Ledbetter; and her son, Casey Ledbetter. Levi Colt Tigner, 26, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Levi was such a unique and one-of-a-kind person. He had never met a stranger, was a good friend to all, and an even better one to his family. He was the type of person that lit up any room he walked into and was always there for anybody that needed him. While most recently he detailed vehicles, he had also been a volunteer firefighter and a truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed slow-pitch softball and pool, and he was known amongst his friends as a pool shark. Levi is survived by his fiance, Diamond Williams; his parents, Robert and Phyllis Tigner; his daughter, Serenity Lane Tigner; his sister, Ida Elaine Jones; his niece; Alize Jones; his nephews, Robert Jones and Josaiah Taylor; his aunt, Lavelle Doles; his uncles, Wayne Serrett and Randall Burnette; his great-aunt, Mary Ann Raines; and a host of other family members and friends. There were many things in her life that Debra enjoyed, but music and motorcycles held her heart. She would take any chance she got to attend concerts or to ride her bike. She was a part of Dream Riders: Biking for Children, a group dedicated to helping children in need. Debra also loved hummingbirds and spending time her with family and friends. Debra is survived by her mother, Rachel Hester; her sons, Brad Moss (Mendie) and Ben Moss; her grandchildren, Cole Moss, Tyler Moss, Haley Keeton (Dacota), and Shelby Hutchings; and her brother, Stan Hester.
