MANNING - Jo Carolyn Wallick Spencer, 61, died Saturday, April 20, 2019, at her residence. Born June 4, 1957, in Fairfield, CA, she was a daughter of the late Richard Eugene Wallick and the late Mary Jo Kinne Chapman Wallick. She was a retired Data Base Manager with Hitachi. She is survived by three daughters, Stacia Parker of Des Moines, IA, Ashley Ishler of Belcamp, MA, and Frances Spencer of Sumter; one sister, Frances Broadway (Charley) of Manning; and six grandchildren.
