Marsha Dunlap passed away on November 29th, 2023 at the age of 70. She was born in Zanesville on November 20, 1953 to her mother Emma Elvie Hindle and father James Erwine. Marsha spent all her life in Zanesville. It's where she met the love of her life, William Dunlap, at the young age of 16. They had a small wedding on June 17, 1972 surrounded by their closest friends and family. After their nuptials, their first son Brian arrived and over the next 15 years they also welcomed Brad, Brooke and Brittany to their family. Anyone that knew Marsha could tell you that she had been the glue that tied her family together. She made sure that everyone stayed in touch and she never forgot to check in on anyone. Marsha was a person everyone could count on. If you needed anything she made it her purpose to find a way to make sure your needs were met. Marsha's love for the beach was evident to anyone who knew her. Specifically Bonita Springs, Florida. She visited with her family as often as she could for the last 20 years checking out her favorite thrift stores, eating at her favorite restaurants (especially her beloved peanut butter pie!) and meeting up with local friends. You could always catch her with her eyes closed, feet swaying to the tunes of Jimmy Buffet and Tom Petty any chance she could. In recent years, Marsha found immense joy in watching her grandkids grow up, welcoming new ones to the family and watching everyone come together again for holidays and vacations. Marsha will be deeply, deeply missed and we all hope she has her toes in the sand and a margarita (on the rocks with salt) in her hand. Marsha is survived by her loving husband of 51. 5 years, William Dunlap, four children (Brian, Brad, Brooke and Brittany), sons-in-law (Frank and Francois), seven grandchildren (Colten, Matt, Malikhi, Saylor, Daevion, Bindi, Josie and Margaux) and her siblings (Bonnie, Lisa, Erin and brother-in-law Rick).
