Jimmy Dewayne SingletonDecember 18, 1980 - October 4, 2023Jimmy Singleton age 42 passed away October 4, 2023, in Canton, NC. Jimmy was the son of Patsy Singleton and the late Jimmy Worley. He is also preceded in death by his grandparents Leoda Williams Singleton and Jimmy Worley and his uncle Jack Singleton. Jimmy loved his family more than anything. He enjoyed taking rides with Jerald on the parkway, sometimes even having picnics they were travel buddies. He enjoyed collecting antiques, especially figurines, and mugs. His passion was working on old cars, especially his first car that he still owns. Jimmy enjoyed watching Madea movies. He loved driving his Uncle Jacks taxi before owning his own taxi business. He was employed at ConMet and SilverBluff Nursing Home. If you knew Jimmy, you knew that he never met a stranger and would never forget you. In addition to his loving mother left to share his memories are his loving spouse Jerald Singleton and their loving fur baby his cat Meow Meow. Two brothers Billy Singleton (Crystal) and Jonathan Goode. Two sisters, Sis Singleton, and Lacey Watts. Two nieces Savannah Goode and Ally Singleton. Three nephews Logen Singleton, Jason Singleton, and Andrew Singleton. His Mother -in-law Felicitas Nanoy in the Philippines along with his Pilipino family. His numerous aunts, uncles and extended family and friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday October 9th, 2023, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel at Smoky Mountain Cremation and Funeral Services. The family will receive friends 2:00-3:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will be at Morning Star Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Billy Singleton, Nathan Clark, Dustin Bailey, Jeremy "Red" Colclasure, Jeremy Patrie Shawn Graves and Johnny Goode.
