Mr. Jessie Ira Jones, 29, of Trout, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023, in Winnfield, Louisiana. He was born on April 29, 1994, in Urania, Louisiana, and was a resident of Trout. Jessie was known for his love of motorcycles, hunting, and fishing. He was also a talented tattoo artist and enjoyed spending time expressing his creativity through drawing. Above all, he cherished his role as a father and was deeply devoted to his son. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles King, paternal grandfather, Dale Jones, and cousin, Jessica Otwell. Jessie is survived by his son, Alton Ray Bonnett, his parents, Rodney Glenn Jones (Amanda) of Trout, Louisiana, and Nancy King Hightower (Philip) of Eros, Louisiana, and his paternal grandmother, Elaine Jones. He is also survived by his siblings, Nikki Atkins (Jerred), Bubba Hightower, Brittany Witherington (Ben), Matthew Jones (Emilie), Patrick Hightower (Destiny), Delaney Arrington (Koby), and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 in the chapel at Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield. Friends are invited to visit with the family in the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:00 pm until time of services. Mr. Joseph Edwin Kelley, 74, of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023. He was born on Saturday, October 30, 1948, and his passing marks the end of a life well-lived and cherished by those who knew him. Joseph was born in Winnfield, Louisiana, and spent the his first 20 years and his last 20 years in this tight-knit community. He spent the majority of the years in between in Alaska. He was the beloved son of the late Edwin Matthew Kelley and Bertice Annie Martin Kelley, who predeceased him. Mr. Kelley was an active member, deacon, and Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church of Winnfield. He was currently employed with the Winn Parish Sheriff's Office. Joseph enjoyed riding his bicycle and woodworking, and will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and "DaDa" to his beloved grandchildren. He is survived by a loving family, including his devoted wife of 50 years, Patricia Gail Kelley, and their daughter, Alaina Joy Kelley. Joseph was also a doting grandfather to Joseph Brant Kelley and Brylie Lain. Visitation for Mr. Joseph Edwin Kelley will be held at the First Baptist Church in Winnfield, Louisiana, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, providing an opportunity for friends and family to pay their respects. The funeral service, officiated by Dr. Jerry Pipes and Rev. Danny Keyes, will also take place at the First Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM. Following the service, Joseph will be laid to rest at the Couley Double Church Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Dr. Alfred Stevens, Nick Page, Wayne Smith, Glenn Austin, Danny Keyes, and Donald Kelley. She was born on July 23, 1979, in Natchitoches, LA, to the late Ronald Gaines Whatley and her surviving mother, Shirley Whatley Murphy. In her 44 years, Natalie touched many lives and attended the Bethel Church of Christ. She worked at Shelton's Winn Pharmacy Services, demonstrating her dedication and commitment to her community. Natalie is survived by her daughters: Raven Nicole Whatley Mixon (Tyler Mixon), Kammie Alexis Whatley, and Savannah Angel, along with her two beloved grandchildren, Riley and Tatum Mixon; and her fiance, Derrick Holmes. She is also survived by her siblings: Deborah Whatley, Ricky Whatley, Donna Whatley and Greg Whatley. Natalie was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Gaines Whatley; her brother, Jeffery Alan Whatley; and her step-father, Loyd H. Murphy. Marion Annette Conley, age 64, of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, in Winnfield. She was born on Saturday, December 6, 1958, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to her parents, William Eugene Raines and June Virginia Sandlin Raines. Marion was a devout Christian who found joy in helping others through her work as a licensed professional counselor in behavioral health care. She pursued her passion for helping people by obtaining her bachelor's degree in 1998 from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and later earned her Master's Degree in 2013 from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She was preceded in death by four beloved family members: her father, William Eugene Raines; her mother, June Virginia Sandlin Raines; and her children, Paul Webb and Shanna Webb. Marion is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Gerald Conley; her daughters, Jamie Webb, Sierra Conley (Amelia), and Summer Conley (JaRon); her step-daughter, Lynn Wooten (Curtis); her step-son, Bo Conley; numerous cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces; her sister, Kaye Raines (James); and her beloved fur-baby, Chase.
