Mr. Arthur Lee Tutt, Sr. , 49, was born in Royston, Georgia on May 22, 1974 to the parents of Ioni Webb and Rufus Tutt. Arthur departed this life on December 4, 2023. Arthur was a great husband, father, grandfather, great son-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend to many. Arthur was full of life and had many friends. He was preceded in death, in addition his parents, his daughter Irene Smith and sister, Sharon Tutt. Arthur leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Belinda (Lynn) Tutt, daughter Latifeah Ferrell; three sons, Markeith Laguines, Marty Demonta Smith, and Arthur Lee Tutt, Jr. ; three sisters, Barbara Geter, Patricia (Henry) Tutt, Faria (Trell) Tutt, brother, Rufus Tutt, Jr. Grandchildren include: Xiana Smith, Aynia Byerly, Camera Byerly, Zayden Bonds, Maddlyn Byerly, Alissa Tutt, River Tutt, and Mynia Valentine. Public visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 1:00PM - 4:00PM at Barrett Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel. Family will be greeting friends from the hours of 1:00PM - 2:00PM. Show more
