"Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford Jessica Jones, 35, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023. The visitation allowing friends to pay their respects will take place on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford. The funeral service celebrating her life will be limited to a private family service held at a later date. Jessica was welcomed into this world on August, 28, 1987, in Oxford, Mississippi by her parents Richard Darrel Daniels and Cynthia Savage Potts. Jessica graduated from Lafayette High School and continued her education at Northwest Mississippi Community College. Upon completing her degree and passing all licensing exam Jessica proudly carried the title of nurse. She was truly compassionate about her responsibilities as a nurse and poured her heart and soul into caring for her patients. Aside from administering medications and charting patient notes, this lady with a heart of gold could be found spending time with her children. Jessica's life revolved around her two precious children, from taking them on beach vacations to supporting them in any endeavor they were involved in. This outgoing mom of two found joy in a multitude of activities. Topping her list of favorite things to do included shopping with her closest friends, sitting around the campfire, and dancing along to a wide scope of her favorite music. Above all her hobbies and interests, Jessica will forever be remembered by her ability to light up a room with not only her presence but also her personality. She leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life in her absence; one son, Robert Braylen Jones; one daughter, Hadley Grace Louise Tatum; mother, Cynthia (Kenneth) Potts of Paris; father, Richard Darrel Daniels of Tula; one brother, Dustin Kyle (Allena) Potts of Paris; one sister, Rebekah Daniels of Tula; grandfather, Steve Yarbrough of Paris; grandmother, Mary Lee Potts of Paris. The loved ones that departed from this life before Jessica include: paternal grandfather, Bobby Daniels; paternal grandmother, Terry Lynn Yarbrough; maternal grandfather, Louis Wayne Savage; maternal grandmother, Martha Louise Savage; grandfather Alive Potts.
