JEANNE ELIZABETH (HONTS) NOLL MUSCATINE, IOWA ~ Jeanne E. (Honts) Noll passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by loved ones, on May 9, 2023. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 10:30 AM at St. Mathias Church in Muscatine. Father Jake Greiner will officiate. Immediately following the Funeral Mass there will be food and fellowship at Gannon Hall, next to the church. Burial will take place at Bethel Cemetery outside of Rochester, Iowa at a later date. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www. wittichfuneralhome. com . Jeanne Elizabeth Honts Noll was born in Muscatine, the daughter of James Eugene Honts and Juanita Mae LaRue Honts, on February 10, 1942. She married Donald Paul Noll on June 5, 1965 She was a lifelong resident of Muscatine, spending her whole life dedicated to her family, and the family business of farming. Jeanne enjoyed dancing, playing cards, spending time with family and friends, going to the casino, and she enjoyed watching Iowa Hawkeye sports. She was a hard worker who enjoyed canning vegetables from her garden, working in her flower beds, raising bucket calves, and caring for every living thing that needed extra care. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, especially with the Catholic Daughters and funeral luncheons at church. She also enjoyed cooking and baking. Later in life, making wreaths, playing solitaire on her tablet, watching game shows, and Hallmark Christmas movies. Those left to honor her memory: Her son Jeff, and girlfriend Teri Piazza, daughter Buffy and husband Randy Kemper, daughter Malinda Reichert, daughter Jennifer and husband Eric Furnas, and son Ricky, all of Muscatine. Nine grandchildren, Nathan Noll, Shelby and husband Ben Shield, Peyton Noll, Joel Kemper, Hailey Kemper, Dalton Reichert, Drake Reichert, Camden Furnas, and Tyler Noll. Three great grandchildren, Amahtti, Adalynn, and Faith. Two sisters, Kandy Honts, and Sam Johnson. Sister-in-laws Deanna Fuller and Patti Noll. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, her parents, her sister Rosalee F. Watkins and her husband Richard A. Watkins, a son-in-law Darren Reichert and a daughter-in-law Gina Noll.
