Butler - Jeanne A Buell, 78, of Butler died Monday June 20, 2022 at her home in Butler. She was born on February 16, 1944 in Butler to Harold and Helen (Slater) Seltenright. She worked as a secretary for a number of years for Bastian Plating/DeKalb Metal Finishing in Auburn. She loved her family and after retirement she helped raise her grandchildren. Her faith and church was a very important part of her life. She was a member of Dayspring Community Church where she taught Sunday School for 37 years. She loved her church and had a special place in her heart for the children she taught for all those years. Jeanne married Edward W Buell on January 15, 1972 in Butler and he died July 17, 2019. Surviving are 2 sons and a daughter, Rick Green of Butler, David Green of Auburn and Lori Buell of Auburn; 4 grandchildren, Lance Green, Justin Green, Cheyanna Green and Bryce Green; 4 great grandchildren, Jasper Green, Oliver Green, Wyatt Green and Ronin Green; 2 sisters, Sharon Spake of Dallas, TX and Phyllis (Jerry) Crothers of Leo; brother and sister-in-law's, Alice Seltenright of Butler, Gloria and Marvin McConnell of Hamilton and David Ernest of Chattanooga, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Jim Seltenright and a brother-in-law, Sonny Spake. Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Dayspring Community Church, 2305 North Indiana, Auburn, IN 46706. Burial will follow the service in Butler Cemetery, Butler, IN. Calling is Friday from 4 to 7 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, IN and also 1 hour prior to the service Saturday from 10 to 11 at the church.
