Javier was born in Los Angeles, on February 10, 1957, to Eduardo and Bertha Torres. Javier was preceded in death by his parents: Eduardo and Bertha, and his sister Bertha. Javier is survived by his children: Javier Jr, Samantha, and Lisa, his sister: Socorro, Isabel and Anna and his brother Jose.
