Francisca Rivera Puchales, of Keansburg, formally of Florida, a cherished matriarch and a beacon of familial love, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2023, at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. Born on August 24, 1920, in the warm and vibrant town of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Francisca's life journey of 103 years was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her enduring strength of spirit. Francisca's early years in Puerto Rico laid the foundation for a life filled with love, laughter, and the importance of close family ties. Her journey led her to the Bronx, where she spent time working diligently, packing vegetables--a testament to her work ethic and her commitment to providing for her family. Her hands, though weathered from labor, were always ready to offer comfort and support to those she loved. The family was, without question, the central pillar of Francisca's existence. She found her greatest joy in the company of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, each of whom carried a piece of her legacy. Her love was a guiding force, shaping generations with kindness and resilience. Though she was predeceased by her beloved children, Ralph Mulero, Nelson Rivera, Victor Aponte, Lucy Santiago, and Julia Rivera, her memory will be carried forward by her surviving son and daughter-in-law, Jose and Daisy Hernandez of Keansburg, who, along with numerous descendants, are a living testament to her profound influence and boundless affection. Francisca's life was a rich tapestry of stories, laughter, and wisdom, shared over home-cooked meals and family gatherings that often became the highlight of many cherished moments. Her home was a haven where all were welcome, and her heart was a reservoir of endless love and patience. John J. "Jack" Early, 87, of Keansburg, a pillar of unwavering dedication to his family, country, and community, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2023, at Bayshore Medical Center, Holmdel. Born on March 3, 1936, in the Bronx, NY, Jack's life was a tapestry of service, love, and commitment. Predeceased by his parents, Thomas J. Early and Rosemary Lennon, Jack also faced the profound loss of his beloved wife, Catherine "Kay" Early, his son, John J. Early Jr. , and his brothers, Thomas Early, Robert Early, and Joseph Early. His legacy, however, continues through his three daughters, Theresa Early of Hazlet, Rosemary Greenan of Ireland, and Erin (Mark) Brown of Belford; his seven grandchildren, Kim, John III, Shaun, Caitlin, Ronan, Nolan and Cadence; and ten great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kara, RJ, Rylie, Ruby, Kaiah, Brynlee, Zayne, Aidan, and Saige who will cherish his memory and the values he instilled in them. Jack's life was marked by a strong sense of duty, which was evident from his early years. In 1954, during the Korean War, he joined the US Air Force and served his country with honor until his discharge as a staff sergeant in 1963. His commitment to service didn't end there; he continued his military career in the Army Reserves, 78th Division at Camp Kilmer in Edison, NJ. After 30 years of dedicated military service, he retired as a sergeant first class. Following his military career, Jack's desire to protect and serve led him to become a Keansburg police officer then detective in 1965. He served the community with distinction until his retirement in 1982. His dedication to his fellow officers was reflected in his role as a past delegate of PBA Local 68. Jack's involvement in his community was extensive and heartfelt. He was a lifetime member and past president of New Point Comfort Fire Company #1, a life member of the Keansburg American Legion Post 273, and a past member of the Keansburg Exempt Fireman's Association. His faith and commitment to his spiritual community were evident in his participation in the Holy Name Society and as a volunteer usher and counter for St. Ann's Church, Keansburg. Furthermore, Jack was deeply involved in various cultural and heritage organizations. He was a proud member of the Monmouth County Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Irish Federation of Monmouth County, celebrating and preserving his Irish heritage. His dedication to public service continued as he served as a councilman for the Borough of Keansburg for four years and as a commissioner for the Keansburg Housing Authority for seven years. Jack also shared his expertise as a licensed housing inspector for the Borough of Keansburg. Jack's interests were as robust as his service record. He was a man's man, living by a lifetime code of (God, Family, Country, and the town of Keansburg)--a mantra that guided him through his remarkable life. His unwavering commitment to these pillars was the compass that directed his every action and interaction. The impact Jack had on his community and the lives he touched will be felt for generations to come. His was a life lived with purpose, a life that exemplified the virtues of dedication, service, and love. As we bid farewell to John J. "Jack" Early, we celebrate a life that was truly well-lived, and we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on through the countless lives he enriched and the community he so ardently served. Pamela J Penniplede, 77, of Manchester Township, NJ passed away Wednesday, November 29th, at Care 1 of Holmdel surrounded by her loving family. Pamela was born in Newark, NJ on January 13, 1946, a daughter of the late Lillian and Homer Hamilton. Pamela is formerly of Cliffwood, NJ where she raised her children. Pamela worked at Milu Bus Service and at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office (Corrections Division) before retiring. She was an animal lover, an avid Cowboys fan, she loved to garden as well as watching her daily General Hospital. But her biggest love was spending time with her grandchildren playing uno and other games. Pamela is predeceased by her parents and her brother William Hamilton. Surviving are her loving children Debbie Johnson and husband Jay, Diane Faynor, Joseph Ferrara Jr. , Anthony Ferrara and Tracie Redding. She also leaves behind her caring sister Patti George and husband Rick, cherished grandchildren Samantha, Brianne, RJ, Kenny, Joey and his wife Angela, Justin and his wife Liz, Anthony, Keith, Evan, Reed, and her great grandchildren Gunnar and Grayson. Pamela was adored by many friends and family members and will truly be missed and loved forever. Born in Elizabeth, NJ; She resided in Avenel for many years before moving to Laurence Harbor 20 years ago. Mrs. Evers was a 1980 Graduate of Sayreville War Memorial High School. She was employed as an Accounting Clerk with Distribution Express in North Brunswick for many years. Donna was a Communicant of St. Andrew's R. C. Church in Avenel. She was predeceased by her parents Ronald and Julie Flanagan Ravaioli; and her brother Paul Ravaioli. She is survived by her husband of 8 years Paul Evers; her daughter Megan Condito and her husband Frank, Jr. of Keansburg; two brothers Ronald Ravaioli of Arizona and John Ravaioli of Florida; her grandchildren Gabriella, Frank III, Brianna, Vincent and Baby Girl Gianella Donna on her way; her Aunts Rosemary McCann of Elizabeth, Patricia D'Alessandro of Florida, and Joan Flanagan of Metuchen. Mary C. Mosiello, 70, of Keansburg, a woman of immense love and compassion, passed away peacefully at the Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel on November 18, 2023. Born on July 24, 1953, in Brick, Mary was a beacon of light who touched countless lives in her 70 years. Mary, affectionately known as the matriarch of her family, was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony, in 2005. Her resilience and strength were evident, as she continued to devote her life to her family, friends, and the community. She is survived by her devoted son, Michael, and his fiance, Dolores Whitney; her loving daughter and son-in-law, Robert Headden; and her six cherished grandchildren, Cayleigh, Briana, Ryan, Christopher, Michael (Alexis), RJ, and EJ. The joy of her life was her great-granddaughter, Hailey, who brought an additional spark of light into her world. Mary was a native of Brick and lived in Union City before settling down in Keansburg in 1988. Throughout her life, she was a constant and comforting presence in her community. Mary was known for her selflessness and her unwavering dedication to helping others. She spent 45 years of her life working with special needs individuals, always putting their needs before her own. Her tireless work and devotion not only uplifted those she cared for but also inspired those around her. Mary's interests were as varied and vibrant as her personality. She loved playing bingo and enjoyed the simple pleasures of gardening. A true lover of the outdoors, she found joy in crabbing and fishing. Shopping was another of Mary's favorite pastimes, always on the hunt for the perfect gift for a loved one or a treat for herself. Mary was also a devoted dog lover, her pets providing her with companionship and endless joy. However, above all, Mary's greatest love was her family. She cherished every moment spent with them and was incredibly proud of their achievements. Her home was always filled with laughter, love, and the irresistible aroma of her cooking. Her family gatherings were legendary, and her home became a place where memories were made, stories were shared, and love was abundant. Mary's legacy of love, kindness, and selfless dedication will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the strength of the human spirit. She will be dearly missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide her family and those who knew her.
