Clifford Leon Herrick, age 84, died peacefully at home on Friday, November 17th, 2023 with a smile on his face, sitting next to his wife of 64 years, Judy. He had been suffering with Lewy Body Dementia for the past couple of years. Cliff was born in Kewanee, Illinois in 1939, and lived a full life heavily invested in his family and his faith. He left the Pig to become a pioneer in the manufacturing of synthetic marble countertops and sinks, and finished up his career helping others develop and design their homes. His grandchildren Emily (Daniel Douglas, sons Luke and Miles) and Michael (Kiska) called him PaPa, and knew him to be a gentle and patient grandfather who was always laughing and playing. Cliff thoroughly enjoyed golfing, camping, golfing, choir, and he and Judy spent 20 winters in Florida, golfing. She was an active member in the lives of all her nieces and nephews attending family vacations, kids ball games and tournaments, birthdays, and even staying overnight with them on Christmas Eve and passing along the family holiday tradition of ornament making, something she, Patti and her nieces would do together for many years.
