James Pittman Obituary

ROCKY MOUNT - James "Jim" Douglas Pittman, age 55, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 6, 2023. He was born in Hampton, VA on April 6, 1968. Jim is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jane McCay "Janie Mac" Dunn Pittman; his son, Jack Pittman; his daughters, Lindy Pittman and Emory Pittman; his father, Thomas Lynn Pittman (Mona); his mother, Shelia Powell Martin (Jim); his sister, Jan Robillard (Andrew); his mother-in-law, Pattie Dunn (Sam Douglas); his sister in law, Genie Andracchio (Vince); his nieces, Mary Douglas Robillard and Ann Dunn Andracchio (Elizabeth Constantine); his nephews, Will Robillard, Tripp Andracchio (Jill Slowinski), and Brice Andracchio; and his cousin, Doug Powell (Shannon). A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 301 S. Circle Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
