James Bradley Patty, 44, of Burlington died Saturday, June 18, 2022 at University of Iowa Hospital. Born March 3, 1978 in Santa Clara, CA he was the son of Sally Jean Bradley. James was of the Baptist faith. He attended school through 11th grade and then earned his GED before joining Job Corp. On November 5, 2011 he married Jamie Brown in Burlington Iowa. James was a handyman. He loved scrapping, fishing, the color "camo" and he worked on computers. Survivors include his wife Jamie, his two children with other family, step-father Ray Ostermeyer Sr of Oskaloosa, IA and step-brother Ray Ostermeyer Jr of Ottumwa, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. There will be no service at this time. Cremation has been accorded and entrusted to Lunning Chapel.
