James David Moon, age 71 of Red Hill Rd. in Byrdstown, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born April 5, 1951 in Muncie, IN to Drannon Bedford Moon and Neva See (Clayborn) Moon. He was a garment factory worker, carpenter, and a member of the Etter Baptist Church. James is survived by his Wife: Judy Ann (Cope); (1) Daughter: Amy White and Husband: Bill; (2) Sons: Joshua Moon and Wife: Jamie, Jamie Todd Pennycuff and Wife: Lora; Mother: Neva Moon; (2) Sisters: Linda Crabtree and Barbara Smith; (2) Brothers: Mark Moon and Kip Moon; (11) Grandchildren; (4) Great-Grandchildren; Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. He is preceded in death by his Father: Drannon Moon; (1) Son: Johnthan David Moon; (1) Sister: Carlene Hargrove. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at 2:00 P.
