James Earl Lindsey "Fat Cat", age 51, of Rowland, NC passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical in Fayetteville, NC. He was born May 24, 1971 in Robeson County, NC. "Fat Cat" was employed by Reaves Livestock as a truck driver for thirty-three years. He was preceded in death by his father, William "Will" LindseyMr. Lindsey is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Jamie Lyn Price Lindsey of the home; his mother, Annie Pearl Lindsey of Rowland, NC; two sons, James Earl Lindsey, Jr. of Rowland, NC and Jeremy (Paige) Lindsey of Hamer, SC; one daughter, Katlynn Lindsey of Rowland, NC; three brothers, William (Tammy) Lindsey of Rowland, NC, Billy (Melissa) Lindsey of Lumberton, NC and Robert Lindsey of Rowland, NC; three sisters, Tina McNeill (Edward) of Red Springs, NC Annie Ruth "Rue" Lindsey of Rowland, NC and Lisa Bullard of Rowland, NC; five grandchildren and nineteen nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A time of visitation will take place on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 6:00PN-8:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont, NC. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont, NC. Burial will follow at Raynham Baptist Church Cemetery in Rowland, NC.
