On April 21, 1941, Reva was born to her parents, Joseph and Zepha. Reva always boasted of her amazing childhood, saying how incredible her parents were. She used to tell stories of her beloved rescue dog, Susie. She was always most proud of her older brother, Jack, who she admired greatly. Reva married her husband, Donald, on July 13, 1963. Almost a year to the date later, they began their family with the birth of their daughter, Vicki. Her sons, Charles and Robert soon followed, and their family was complete. As time went on, Reva became a very proud grandmother of seven grandchildren. She never missed a sporting event, or dance recital. She constantly called to check on her grandkids, always wanting updates on their lives. She was the loudest cheerleader in the stands. All could hear her laugh and see her smile, and everyone would say how contagious her joy for life was. Reva encompassed loyalty, devoting her entire career to Northwest Tri County Intermediate. Anyone who knew Reva knew how generous she was. Her acts of service towards her family, community and church never went unnoticed. She was a devoted Christian, and was incredibly dedicated to her church (First Baptist Church). She consistently volunteered, and was always a giver, never asking for anything in return. Reva's zeal for life could be seen through her many world travels. She was blessed with incredible friends that she was able to travel the world with. Whether it was riding camels in the desert or laying on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, Reva and her wonderful friends experienced the beauties of the world together. Our dad had a simple joy of listening to country music, playing cards, going to breakfast with his friends, and making memories with his children. Donnie had an unbelievable love for dancing with his equipment, taking a ride and seeking a laugh. His teamwork with his wife and the view together they have built, made him most proud. Don was a man tougher than a two dollar steak but had great kindness for his cattle, friends and strangers. Don will be missed by many near and far and in our thoughts everyday for the special man he was. His encouragement to have fun will live on in our hearts. There will not be funeral services, as that was not what he wanted. Our Dad wanted everyone to raise a glass and remember him as "The Legend" that he was everyday in our eyes. There will be a tribute in his honor during his favorite summer months. Thank you to all that were a part of his amazing life and those who brought him joy, love, and friendship. We know that Don will continue to watch over all his loved ones, farmers and friends. Our dad will forever be in our hearts and on his farm. We love you Dad.
