Billy Lee Elmore, age, 54, of North Wilkesboro, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at his home. Mr. Elmore was born in Wilkes County, North Carolina, on November 27, 1968, to Billy Ray and Helen Ann Church Elmore. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant siblings, Edwin and Angela Lee Elmore, and a nephew, Mike Elmore. His two biggest passions in life were being a grandfather and a fireman. A funeral service will be held 7:00 p. m. , Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Miller Funeral Chapel, with Chaplain Jason Wiles officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p. m. at Miller Funeral Service, prior to the service. Those left to cherish is memory are his daughter, Michelle Coffey, and spouse, Carl, of Statesville, grandchildren, Cavan McGrady, Cecelia Coffey, and Cohen Coffey, all of Statesville, siblings, Sheila Hart, and spouse, Eddie, of North Wilkesboro, Ruby Wagoner, and spouse, Mack, of Hays, Lisa Porter, and spouse, John, of North Wilkesboro, and Jimmy Elmore, and spouse, Carrie of Millers Creek, several nieces and nephews also survive.
