Jacob Moore, Age 10, transitioned on June 15, 2022. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Latasha Prewitt; four sisters, Jazmine Prewitt, Ruby Prewitt, Tiana Prewitt and Raven Burton; a brother, Victor Prewitt: her grandmother, Helen Bigg and a host of relatives and friends.
