JACK LOUIS KOHEN July 8, 1936 - April 21, 2023 It is with great sadness that the family of Jack Kohen announces his passing on April 21 2023. Jack is predeceased by his loving wife Averil (2006). Loving Father of Donna (Stuart), Deb, Scott (Linda) and Colleen. Beloved Grandfather and Papa to Ryan (Miranda) and Courtney (Cody), Jonathan (Geraldine), Matthew and Mitchell. Jack is survived by a Brother in law Ron and many nieces and nephews. Jack will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Georgetown Hospital Foundation or The Hospital for Sick Children.
