Ivey Gillis Obituary

Lyons, Ivey Wayne Gillis age 54 died at Community Hospice in Vidalia on April 23, 2023. He was born on October 22, 1968 in Vidalia Georgia to M. D. and Annette Connell Gillis. He attended the Vidalia Schools and was a self employed painter. He enjoyed life, fishing and going to the river. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Marvin Gillis and step father, Cecil Teague. He is survived by daughters, Macie Gillis (Jason Brown) and Danielle Kennedy, both of Reidsville, brother, Darwin "Sobie" Gillis, Niece, Felicia Gillis, Nephews, Marvin Gillis, Jr. and Dustin Gillis, Sister in Law, Debbie Gillis and Aunt, Brenda Connell, all of Vidalia, Grandchildren, Jasper Crane, Mason Brown and Graylyn Brown.
