Ida Dicken, 90, of Claysburg, went to be with the Lord Wednesday April 24, 2019 at home. She was born Aug. 21, 1928 in Ore Hill, daughter of the late Marshall A. and Cressa A. (Fleck) Dicken. Surviving are daughters Helen M. Betar (James) and Grace L. Helsel (Arthur), sons Henry D. and Ray M Roudabush all of Claysburg, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, brother Gerald "Punk" Dicken and sister-in-law Jane Dicken. She was preceded in death by a son Arthur R. Walter Jr., Grandson Matthew Walter, daughter -in -law Donna Roudabush, sisters Ceiley Lewis, Rosella Keister, and Pauline Loucks, and brother David and recently passed brother Cletus Dicken. Ida was a long-time member of Claysburg Bible Church. She retired from the food service at the Claysburg-Kimmel Schools. She enjoyed attending her church, spending time with her family, and gardening. Friends will be received on Monday April 29, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. and Tuesday April 30 from 10 until the 11 A.M. funeral service at the Claysburg Bible Church, 11751 Wm. Penn Road, Imler with Pastor Keith Showalter officiating. Interment at Claysburg Union Cemetery.
