Although, their time with him was cut short, their hearts will forever be filled with joy and honor because they were able to be graced with his beautiful presence. Henry leaves behind his parents and two sisters, Charlotte and Olivia.

Natalia De La Rosa passed away peacefully at her home in Wills Point on Thursday, November 23, 2023 after a bravely fought battle with cancer. She was 82 years old. Natalia was born on December 1, 1940, the daughter of Manuel Cerda & Juventine Ortiz Cerda in San Alberto, Coahuila, Mexico. She married the love of her life, Alberto De La Rosa on February 28, 1960, in Agujita, Coahuila, Mexico. They moved to Wills Point in 1969, where together they raised their eight children and owned a local business for several years. She enjoyed watching college football and girls' softball, along with other sports - especially the Kansas City Chiefs and the Texas Rangers. She also enjoyed trips to play the slots & scratching lottery tickets. She was especially fond of gardening and being outside. She also really enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, father in-law, Crispin De La Rosa and mother-in-law, Trinidad Sifuentes. Natalia leaves behind a legacy of love as a devoted wife to her husband, Alberto and devoted mother to six daughters and two sons - Bertha and Rudy Potts, Beatriz Moody, Maria and Brad Goggans, Virginia Minter, Norma and Mark Malone, Alberto Jr and Carol Ann De La Rosa, George and Holly De La Rosa and Carolina and Shane Harden. She is also survived by her grandchildren - Nicholas Potts, Alicia, Christopher & Jessica Moody, Audra Valadez, Michael, Matthew & Jacob Gullett, Rachel Minter, Elizabeth Wilks, Michael Longoria, Miles & MacKenzie Malone, Casey & Cody De La Rosa, Cassidy Julian, Lora Harrison, Julia, Alex and Andrew De La Rosa, Madeline Salinas, and Cullen & Trenton Callow and her great-grandchildren, Jason, Kristen, Jayden, Sarah, Isaiah, Lexxi, Lyric, Jenisus, Meladie, Jo Lynn, Brianna, Jai Marie, Avery, Natalia, Persephone, Liam, Gage, Nova, Luna, Atlas, Jaxsen, Karter, Sutton, Joseph, Jonah, Brylie, Ashton, Addison, Audrey, Hadley Jo, Daxton, Sawyer, Charlotte, Huxxlee and Sorren and six great-great grandchildren - Isabella, Miller, Jason, Emilia, Jake and Josiah, who was born just two days before she passed. Doris Armstrong Dossett passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023 at Crestwood Rehabilitation Center where she had been a resident for 18 months. She was born on May 4, 1932 to William Evans Armstrong and Betty Clema Solomon Armstrong in Hiram, Texas. She attended and graduated from Wills Point public schools. In April 1950, she married Billy Richard Dossett and they were happily married until his death in 1992. Interestingly, Doris was the youngest of five children and Billy was the oldest of five children. They had two daughters, Sharon Belew of Wills Point, Texas and Carolyn Miller of Brenham, Texas. Doris was a faithful member of Locust Grove Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school classes, and worked in the adult and youth ministries. She had enormous talent for crocheting and made wonderful gifts and keepsakes for family and friends. Doris had a successful career at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company where she worked for 35 years. She traveled to New York during 1974 to work on the divestiture of Southwestern Bell later known as AT&T. She retired in 1986 to spend more time with family and friends. Doris was first and foremost a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was known affectionately as "Granny" and took great joy in cooking special meals for her family and loved to host Thanksgiving every year. Her homemade chocolate and coconut meringue pies were family favorites. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Dossett; daughter, Sharon Belew; and son-in-law, Thomas Belew. She is survived by her daughter, two grandsons, one granddaughter, and five great granddaughters. A visitation was held for the immediate family, and Doris was laid to rest at Rader Cemetery in Kaufman County. The family wishes to thank the nurses, doctors and caregivers at Crestwood Rehabilitation Center for their kindness, care and devotion for Doris during the past 18 months. Sarah Jane Otto, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the age of 80. She passed away peacefully in her home in Corpus Christi, TX surrounded by her family and her caregiver, Janie Rubio. She was born at home on May 12, 1943, in Wills Point, TX to her parents, Hugh Irving Kent and Cora Pearl Mhoon Kent. She grew up in the Alsa Community just north of Wills Point, where she attended grade school. The family moved to Terrell, TX where Sarah attended Junior High and High School. A Memorial Service will be held on December 2, 2023, at 11 AM at the Weber Road Church of Christ, 5253 Weber Road, Corpus Christi, TX, providing an opportunity for those who knew and loved Sarah to come together and pay their respects. There will be a visitation before the service from 10:00-10:45 AM. Sarah met Alfred Hallman Otto in Dallas, TX where they later married at White Rock Lake. The couple resided in Terrell, TX for several years and relocated to Stephenville, TX in 1976. Al was an independent milk distributor for Borden Dairy and Sarah helped him with his business. They had a great life together raising the girls, Pamela, Kimberly, and Charlene. She was a devoted wife to her husband Al, lovingly caring for him throughout their marriage until he lost his battle with cancer in 1989. Sarah had numerous jobs throughout her life beginning at age 13 painting a house in Big Springs, TX, followed by working at Dairy Queen in Terrell, TX. In Dallas, TX, she worked at Home Furniture Company and in the Psychiatric Ward at the Parkland Hospital. She owned and operated D&D Grocery Store in Terrell, TX. After moving to Stephenville, TX, she worked as a switchboard operator at United Telephone Company, owned Otto's Crafts & Gifts, worked in the cafeteria at the Junior High School, and worked at Norton Abrasives Company. She provided 24-hour care to Alzheimer's patients through her company, Angel Wings and concluded her working career as a nursing home activities director, providing care and support to others until she had to retire due to her health. Sarah's faith was an important part of her life, and she was a dedicated member of the Weber Church of Christ in Corpus Christi, TX. Sarah loved and served the Lord wholeheartedly. When she was able bodied, she was always at church volunteering wherever help was needed even though it wasn't always easy for her to do so. She worked in the food pantry at church for years. She continuously encouraged others by sending uplifting cards filled with love and prayers, until the loss of her eyesight. She had a strong faith and said that the Lord was by her side always. Her strength, love and faith has left a beautiful legacy in which we find peace and comfort. Over the years she had a passion for gardening, crafts, drawing and traveling. In her later years, you would find her most days sitting in her recliner watching Hallmark movies, figure skating or one of her many favorite shows. She waved at everyone who passed by her window as she sat watching the birds and squirrels playing in the birdbath. Sarah found immense joy in spending time with her family and, in her later years, cherished keeping up with friends and her loved ones on Facebook. Her greatest joy was her family. She said that her family was the light of her life but really, she was the light in all of ours. She was the best mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed. In Loving Memory of Tommy Lynn Malone Tommy Lynn Malone, born on February 25, 1944, in Wills Point, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023 peacefully at his home. He was the beloved son of Buck Martin Malone and Dessa Dee Stewart Malone. Tommy was a man of faith who loved the Lord and was knowledgeable in conversing the word. After graduating from high school, Tommy attended Henderson County Junior College and East Texas State University. During these years he forged lifelong friendships. From 1966 -1972 Tommy served in the United States Army National Guard. On January 28, 1967, Tommy exchanged vows with the love of his life, Linda Fox Malone, in Gainesville, Texas. They made Wills Point their home, creating a life full of love and shared experiences. Tommy dedicated 32 years of his life as a fireman with the Mesquite Fire Department. He was a valued member of the Independent Cattlemen's Association, serving on the Board of Directors for several years, he was also a lifetime member of the American Hereford Association. His passion for Hereford cattle started in 1957, and until his passing, Tommy continued to support the growth of the breed that he loved. He also had a special love for border collies and raising quality hay. This reflected his love for animals and the land. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Dessa Dee Malone, sister Elaine Malone Blair, and brother James Mac Malone. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Malone, their children, Tonya Rabenaldt and husband Lance of Early, Texas, Brad Malone and wife Holly of Wills Point. Tommy leaves behind a legacy through his grandchildren: Garrett Malone, Rhett Rabenaldt and wife Morgan, Grant Martin Malone, Katelyn Elaine Potts and husband Hunter, Grayce Malone, Gaybrie Malone, and great-grandson Hilton Potts. William (Bill) Dukes, 61, a man defined by exceptional courage, boundless love, and selfless generosity, passed away quietly at his home in Wills Point, Texas, on November 5, 2023. Born on September 4, 1962, in Lake Providence, Louisiana, Bill's life was marked by ceaseless love for family and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. Brought up in a heartfelt family, Bill was the cherished son of the late Sally and Jimmy Dukes. Jane Dukes of Collinston, LA was a loving mother. A loving brother, he is survived by his siblings: Jimmy (Jimbo) Dukes and wife Suzonne, Scott Dukes, Barbara Lynn Moncrief and husband Monty, Debbie Smallwood and husband Bill, and Alice Dukes. His roots instilled in him an understanding of family and the sanctity of those bonds, which he carried into his own next generation. Julie Ann Furrh, 65, born on September 11, 1958 in Grand Saline, Texas, made her final journey in life, on November 6, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. Julie was known for her kindness, courage, and selfless acts that left indelible marks on everyone she interacted with. Julie was the beloved daughter of the late James Furrh and Barbara Ann Chaney Furrh. Her loving and compassionate nature was undeniably influenced by the great values her parents instilled in her. Alongside her brother Darrell Furrh and his wife Pam, she painted a happy childhood canvas filled with warmth and fond memories. Completing her high school education in 1976 at Edgewood High School, Julie was always an enthusiastic learner who went on to leave her footprint on the professional sphere. She embarked on a fulfilling path in the IT world, working with the City of Garland as an IT Specialist for the Garland Fire Department. Her presence, determination, and innovative spirit left a significant impact and will be missed dearly by her colleagues. Despite her busy career, Julie found joy and tranquility in the simplicity of nature by embracing her passion for gardening. As a devoted member of the Canton Garden Club, her ability to create beauty wherever she went was evident. Her love for animals was beyond measure, equaled perhaps by her immense joy in spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren. She also never missed a chance to cheer for the home team at ball games, sharing her enthusiasm with friends and family alike. Julie was a pillar of strength, consistency, and love for her family. She was a devoted mother to her son Anthony Rosiles, and his wife Robyn, and her daughter, Kristina Ilderton and her husband Heath. Her dedication and love knew no bounds when it came to her grandchildren - Zane Ilderton, Nathanyal, Nicholas, and Landon Rosiles. Her memory will be cherished by her two lifelong friends, James and Virginia Duggar. Her loved ones saw her as a source of unconditional love, strength, and guidance throughout their lives. He worked diligently for a Dallas-based printing company, demonstrating his commitment to hard work and dedication. A man of faith, Steven, along with his family, was a devoted member of the Chapel of the Lake church. Steven was predeceased by his parents, Edgar and Ruby Sturdevant; his wife, Terry Buckley Sturdevant; his daughter, Jennifer Sturdevant; and his siblings, Donald and Tina Sturdevant. He is survived by his companion of 22 years, Julie Henderson; his sons, Steven Sturdevant Jr. and Edgar Sam Sturdevant; his daughter, Tamatha Henderson; his brothers, Gary Sturdevant and his wife, Judy, Rodney Sturdevant, and Mark Sturdevant; and his sister, Paula Wright and her husband, Larry. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, Karsyn Sturdevant, Adalynn Sturdevant, Hayden Henderson, Leland Henderson, Brianna Hardee, and Catherine Hardee. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews. Steven was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life.
