Helen Louise Pierce (nee Whitney) Beloved wife of the late John Pierce. Dear mother of Pam Sweeney, Robert "Bob" Pierce and Jennifer (David) Moore. Loving grandmother of Roger (Brandy) Spencer Jr. , Michelle Spencer, Joshua Pierce, Meredith (David) Patton, Maurlena Moore, Madeline Moore, Matthew Moore and great grandmother of Grace, Sadie, Rubie, Declan, Hayden, Alexandria, Norah, Demi, Makenna, Aubrey, Cooper, Cohen, Wyatt, Milla and great great grandmother of Alivia. Preceded in death by her parents, Vern and Bessie (Redlinger) Whitney; her sister, Margaret Fletcher and a brother, Vern Whitney. Passed away Friday, October 6, 2023. Age 84 years. Visitation will be held at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy on Tuesday, October 10 from 9 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Since Helen loved animals and held a deep respect for our veterans, memorial contributions may be sent to the Hamilton County S. P. C. A. or to the following Veterans aid organizations: Veterans of Foreign Wars, The Tunnels to Towers Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project.

Patricia (Pat) passed away peacefully on December 6, 2023. She touched the lives of countless friends, neighbors, and most of all her family. She was the wife and best friend of the late John (Jack) Glazell. They spent countess evenings together enjoying their screened in porch. They took numerous vacations in the Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Plus, they enjoyed very many mini vacations in the tri state area. Pat was the daughter of the late Al and Alice Gordon and the sister of Jean Pfister. She is survived by four children: John (Diana) Glazell; Tim (Tina) Glazell; Mary Ann (Tim) Engler; and Barbara (Bryan) Matthews. Pat was the proud grandmother of Lora (Brett) Horton; Amy (Seth) Houser; Kristin (Bryan) Wilkinson; Jen (Tony) Daly; Christine (Chase) Lontin; Cody (Brittany) Engler; Jack Matthews and Maddie Matthews. She loved her great grandchildren: Brendan Ketzer; Hannah, Caleb, Claire Houser; Dominic, Derek, Brooklyn Daly; Cayden McCain; Isabella and Beau Engler; and Payton Champ Wilkinson. Plus, the great great grandmother of Jaxon Ketzer. She loved watching the sporting events of her grandkids. In recent years, she always looked forward to seeing recent pictures/videos of all her grandkids and was always interested in their activities. Pat was born in Cincinnati and graduated from Western Hills. The family move to Mason in 1963. While her kids were growing up, she volunteered her time with the church and tutoring at the local elementary school. Her entire life revolved around her family, and she made a huge impact on her family lives. She will be missed more than words can possibly express, but her life will be celebrated on December 11, 2023, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd West Chester Ohio. Visitation will be from 11am -12pm and the Funeral Service will begin at 12pm. Then, a short grave site service at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason. In Loving Memory of Dan KingDaniel Paul King passed away peacefully on December 7th, 2023, at the age of 74 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dan was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. Dan is survived by Sandy, his wife of 45 years; children Jennifer (Robert) Strobel, Stephanie King, Kevin (Johanna) King, and Christy (Santiago) Garcia; grandchildren Mia and Lucas Garcia, Aerin and Annika King; siblings Phyllis Gingerich, William (Dorothea) King, Carolyn (Larry) Zimmer, Thomas (Sue) King, and Dave (Connie) King, along with many nieces, nephews, and their children. He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Genevieve King; brother Robert King, infant sister Barbara King, and sister Maria Altstadt. Dan brought warmth, joy, and a larger-than-life personality to everyone he encountered. His infectious spirit and outgoing nature left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. Dan's journey through life was one characterized by love, laughter, a deep sense of faith, and a commitment to serving his community. Dan worked at Contractors Materials, Inc. for 35 years, making frequent trips to northern Ohio to call on customers. Prior to retirement, Dan began volunteering by mentoring prisoners and after retirement assisted in leading a class with City Gospel Mission, helping men who were reforming their lives. Dan enjoyed singing in the choirs at Church of the Saviour and Sycamore Community Singers. He actively participated in Bible studies and a men's lunch group at church. He golfed in a league and enjoyed a Parkinson's Rock Steady Boxing class until walking proved more difficult for him. A memorial service to celebrate Dan's life will be held on January 13, 2024. The visitation will begin at 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Church of the Saviour, 8005 Pfeiffer Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242. There will be a lunch at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Church of the Saviour or The Michael J.
