Obituary of Helen Martin Bedford - Helen Martin, 92, of Bedford, died at 10:10 am on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Johnson's Christian Village. Born March 7, 1927, she was the daughter of Claude and Epsie (Pritchett) Speer. She married James Lloyd Martin and he preceded her in death. She was a retired mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service and a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church. Survivors include a son, Kenneth Dale Martin; a daughter, Sharon Rose Martin; grandchildren, Melissa (Antolin) Garcia, Kenneth (Aimee) Dale Martin, II, Jimi (Natalie) McFarlan, Jamie Kelly, Tammy (James) Marcin; several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 27 th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Tim Day officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Run Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 26 th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
