Helen Johnson Obituary

Helen Rose Johnson, Loving wife to Harold D Johnson and beloved Mother of David and Carlotta Johnson was born in Frankfort Kentucky on August 24th, 1944. She married the love of her life Harold on Sept 9th, 1960, they were faithfully and happily married until Harold's death in 2020. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Harold, her Father Luther Cook and Mother Carrie Francis (Snow) Cook, her sisters Julia Hedden, Carlotta Rearden, Joyce Atha, and Lulla Bell Boler, her Brothers Bill Cook, Leroy Cook, Charles Cook, and Bobby Cook. She was survived by her son David William Johnson and Daughter Dr. Carlotta Ann Hillert, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Helen worked as the office manager for her husband's Plumbing company H. D. Johnson's Plumbing from 1975 until she retired in 2010. Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church of Meadowview. She passed away peaceably in her home after a brief battle with Lung Cancer on May 4th, 2023.
