He is survived by his wife, Mercedes Guzman; daughter, Meylin Oliveras; 3 grandchildren: Yetziel Oliveras, Gabriela Hernandez and Ian Oliveras; parents, Hector M. and Norma Ocasio; 3 siblings: Marilin Ocasio, Myrna (Ruben Flores) Ocasio and Edwardo (Loydi) Ocasio; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 28. 2023 at 10:00 am at the FIFE FUNERAL HOME, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd. , East Chicago, IN with Rev. ___ officiating.
