Margaret St. Antoine

Dec 06, 1931 - Feb 19, 2024

location-icon

South Milwaukee, WI

Margaret St. Antoine December 6, 1931 – February 19, 2024 St. Antoine, Margaret (Nee Janusiak) peacefully entered eternal life at the age of 92, surrounded by her loving family, on February 19, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Daniel St. Antoine. Cherished Mom of Randall (Emma) St. Antoine, Danielle (Scott) Buerger. Dear Mother-In-Law of Chris St. Antoine. Proud Grandma of Matthew (Shannon), Lindsay, Anthony, Dominic, Tyler (Tracey) and Sarah (Anthony). Treasured Great Grandma of Kyle (Anissia), Mariah, Maliah, Mya, Makayla, Jade, Brantley, Weston, Scarlett and Waylen. Cherished Great Great Grandma of Autumn, Madison and Isayah.  Further survived by sister Betty Carey and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her Husband Daniel, Son David, Granddaughter Vanessa, Brothers and Sisters. There were many things that Margaret enjoyed in her free time. A day was not considered complete, if she didn’t read the newspaper each morning, complete the daily crossword and jumble puzzles, watch her soap operas, and finish the day out with her favorite, Wheel of Fortune. She was an avid Bingo player, and often a feared opponent to anyone willing to play with her. She loved her trips to the casino with her niece Debbie, where they would go after “winning the big bucks.” Her Sundays were spent cheering on her Packers or catching the NASCAR race. In the winter months, she kept busy coloring beautiful masterpieces and completing countless puzzles. She enjoyed spending her time talking with her niece Sandra and continuing her tradition of having beautifully manicured nails during their visits. In recent years, she loved her great grandma Margaret visits from her “sweethearts” Scarlett, Waylen, Brantley and Weston, where she would laugh and listen to all their stories. Perhaps, her favorite past time of all, were the hours spent in her beloved garden, tending to all her flowers, and eating tomatoes as she went.  Her greatest gardening accomplishment was successfully caring for her beautiful sterling silver rose. Thank you to the Meadowmere staff, a sincere thanks to the compassionate staff at St. Croix Hospice for their tender loving care over the past 2 years. A Private Interment will be held.
