Guadalupe Salazar Chavarria, age 80 of Rowlett, TX, passed away June 17, 2022. He was born March 3, 1942, in Mexico to Arnulfo and Inocencia (Salazar) Chavarria. Guadalupe was a resident of Rowlett for 15 years, where he served at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He loved his family very much and especially enjoyed time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a good son and took care of his mother and sister for many years. Guadalupe was a big jokester and friend to all. He was very hard-working, enjoyed baseball, and loved his Budwiser. Guadalupe is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Evangelina Chavarria; children: Laura Chavarria and husband Jorge Quinonez, Josue Chavarria, Eva Vargas and husband Ruben, Hector Chavarria and wife Marili, Maria Chavarria and husband Kasim M. , Francisco Chavarria and wife Lili, and Rodolfo Chavarria. Funeral mass will be held 10:30am Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Danilo Ramos officiating. Interment will follow in. . .
