Gregory Lepscier Obituary

Gregory "Mike" M. Lepscier, age 73, passed away on Friday April 21, 2023 in Green Bay. He was born on May 25, 1949, to the late Richard and Myrtle (Grignon) Lepscier in Keshena. Mike graduated in 1967 from Shawano High School before entering the United States Army. He served his country proudly during the Vietnam Conflict and earned two Purple Hearts. He then went on to work in Milwaukee before returning back to Menominee County 28 years ago. Mike loved relaxing while watching the Brewers and the Packers. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was very skilled in "raising a little Hell. " He will be dearly missed. Mike is survived by: his sisters Chyrl Irving and Paula Lepscier Keshena; his sister-in-law Lynn Skenadore; his stepchildren Robert (Deanna) James, Mary James and Tessa (Jamey) James; his significant other Arvilla LeRoy; his 14 step grandchildren; his several step great-grandchildren;. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by: his parents Richard (Julienne) and Myrtle; his stepson Todd; his siblings Edith (Sparky) Waukau, Lenore Skenadore, Clayton (Mona) Skenadore, Bernard Skenadore, Marlene (Zeke) Keshena, Regina (Howard) Mahkimetas, JoAnn Skenadore, Richard Lepscier Jr. and Alex Lepscier, Leo LepscierA funeral service for Mike will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2023, at 11:00 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at the Fr. Dave Kiefer room at the Neopit Community Center on Monday April 24, 2023 at 3:00 pm until the time of service on Tuesday. Military Honors will be conducted after the service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Aurora Hospital in Green Bay.
