Grace F. Kimberlin Obituary

Grace Flynn Kimberlin, 93, of Alexandria, VA , passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2022, surrounded by family. Born in Newell, PA, Grace was one of five daughters to Edward and Fidelis Flynn. She resided in Alexandria after graduating from Duquesne University. Grace worked in several careers, including teaching and personal finance. Grace's biggest joys in life were her family and her faith. She spent many years volunteering in different aspects of her church. Grace is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, John and Felicia Kimberlin, of Davidson, North Carolina and their children, Madison and Kyle; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Mark Drotos, of Alexandria, Virginia and their children, Elizabeth and Dauson Tate, Nicholas, Emily, and Andrew; her beloved niece, Margarent Ann Longenecker of Roanoke, Virginia and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held at Old Town Funeral Choices on Wednesday, December 21st from 6 to 8 p. m. Funeral services will be Thursday at noon at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Tom Ferguson officiating.
