Grace Bland Obituary

Grace Conley Bland, 86, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family and under the care of Bethany Hospice. She was born on November 23, 1935, in Reidsville, Georgia to George and Berta Enecks Conley and lived here all of her life. Grace was a graduate of Reidsville High School and a Dental Assistant for Dr. Kildae for 20 years. She loved cooking, sewing, baking and decorating cakes for the public, taking care of her chickens and taking daily walks. Grace played the piano and organ for Shiloh Methodist Church for many years and was a member of Grace Pointe Church. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by: Sons, Dale Bland (Gay) Thomas Bland (Debra Ann) all of Reidsville, Georgia Granddaughters, that were the joy of her life, Katy Waters (Seth) and Laura Caraway Daughter-in-law, Gayle Bland of Reidsville, Georgia Great Grandchildren, Alexander and Rowan Caraway, Gracelyn Waters Best Friends, June Smith, Winona Shuman, Martha Parker K-9 Companion, Scooter The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bethany Hospice and her caretakers.
