FORT WORTH - Grace Esparza Bermejo, 89, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Graveside service: Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 9:30 a. m. , in Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave. , Fort Worth, TX 76111. Visitation: Friday, June 9, 2023 (90th Birthday) from 6 to 8 p. m. in Mount Olivet Chapel. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to The Abandoned Ones (Animal Rescue) 3515 Sycamore School Rd, Unit 125, Fort Worth, TX 76133 in her memory. Grace was born June 9, 1933 to Francisco and Loreto Esparza in Fort Worth, Texas. She was one of ten kids. She worked at various jobs including Brandts, E. L. Clark Mfg. , Alcon, Carswell AFB NCO Club and DFW Airport. Grace was a very giving person. Always the first to offer help when needed. She doted on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Severo Bermejo; son, Joseph Bermejo; parents, Francisco and Loreto Esparza; brother, Nick Esparza and sisters, Mary Cervantez, Mona DeLaPaz and Tina Gonzales. Grace is survived by her daughter, Melinda Lesher (Richard); son, Phillip Bermejo; grandchildren, Jennifer Jimenez and Christopher Jimenez; great- grand daughters - Lauren Martinez, Sydnee Jimenez and Bella Lozano; sisters, Belen Rodriguez, Hope Rodriguez, Lucy Aguilera, Teri Banda and Carmen Castillo.
