Johns December 9, 1953 - June 21, 2022 Glenn T. Johns, 68, Fair Grove, MO. passed away in his home on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, after a long illness, with his family by his side. Glenn was born on December 9, 1953, in Springfield, MO. to Glenn C. and Leona (James). Glenn was a member of the Awakening Church of God. He was a retired Fork Lift driver for The General Electric Company, retiring after 25 years. He loved fishing and hunting, Blue Grass music and traveling in his R. V. He loved volunteering, especially for the MS society, and loved visiting Nursing Homes and Hospital patients, entertaining them with his storytelling talents. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Leona Johns. He is survived by his wife, of 48 years, Donna (Warden), his daughter: Angie Roe and her husband, Matt, his son: Craig Johns and his wife, Debby, five grandchildren: Christopher, Jonathon, Matthew, Audrey, and Elwood, one great-grand daughter: Olivia. He is also survived by his two sisters: Dorothy Callahan and Sandra Cox, three brothers: Ron Johns, Jim Johns and his wife Dorothy, and Darrel Johns and his wife, Mary Jane Funeral services will be at 1:00 p. m. Monday, June 27, 2022, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m.
