Glenda Baker Obituary

Glenda Ann Tubbs Baker, age 73, of Cabot, Arkansas joined her parents and brother in heaven on May 3, 2023. She was born October 7, 1949, to J. B. and Mary Catherine Craig Tubbs and was reared in Watson Chapel and graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 1967. She was a long-time member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Pine Bluff and was currently attending New Life in Cabot. She formerly was employed at National Bank of Commerce, Pulaski Federal Savings and Loan, First South Savings and Loan and Systematics in Little Rock. She also got to work as an independent contractor for several mortgage companies where she got to travel to many other states and experience many new adventures. She later worked part time for Chic-Fil-A as a hostess most recently at Cantrell Road in Little Rock. She was an avid Razorback Fan. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Melvin Wayne Tubbs. She is survived by many cousins and friends. Graveside service by Fuller Hale-South, will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 2:00 p. m. , at Memorial Park Cemetery with the Reverend Michael Courtney officiating.
