The "Amazing" Donna Patricia Carman passed away peacefully at her home from cancer Monday, April 15, 2019. Donna was born to Florence and Loney Fine Jan. 17, 1933, in Spokane. She spent her childhood in Montana and Post Falls, Idaho, where she graduated. She married Joseph Dean VonLindern, and they had three children. The marriage ended in divorce. In 1968, she married L.E. (Vern) Carman. Vern passed away in 2016. Mom and Vern enjoyed several winters in Arizona and spending time at their place at Williams Lake with their many friends. Donna enjoyed many activities, but her passion was her family. It didn't matter how many kids climbed out of the basement in the morning, she could always stretch things and feed everyone. "Krazy Karl" Runsvold dubbed it "Donna's Mooch-A-Meal." She was dynamite in a small package. One of her greatest attributes was that she treated everyone the same. If more people were like her, it would be a better world. She is survived by sons Michael (Carla), Mark (Karla) and Randy (Ann); stepdaughter Vickki; grandchildren Jason (Kelly), Ben (Chandi), Nathan (Hailey) and Alex; and great-grandchildren Maliah, Canyon, Terra, Connor, Klay and Liam. Per her request, no services are planned.
