Giuseppe Valenti Obituary

Giuseppe Valenti, 82 years old, lived in Woodhaven, Queens, New York. He passed away on May 7th, 2023 due to complications after stroke. Giuseppe was born on December 6th, 1940 to Rosolino and Pina Valenti in Bagheria, Sicily. After Giuseppe finished school he studied the trade of carpentry and went on to apprentice with his father in their family woodworking shop. In 1968, he came to America. In 1965, Giuseppe met Rosa Aiello in Bagheria, Sicily. Giuseppe and Rosa were married in 1969 went on to have three children, Maria Pia, Daniela Antonia and Elisa Rosa and four grandchildren Gabriele, Isabella, Rosanna and Giuseppe. When Giuseppe retired, he spent his time traveling with Rosa, cooking, dancing, enjoying music, his family and kept busy with activities around the home like gardening. Giuseppe was predeceased by his beloved wife, Rosa in 2014. He is survived by his daughters, Maria Pia, Daniela and Elisa. And his siblings, Costantino and Caterina Valenti.
