Patsy Nixon

Pat Nixon, 85, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 1, 2023. Born Patsy Jo Collins on November 18, 1937 in London, Texas to Houston & Willie Collins, she was the youngest of seven children. Pat, her sisters and brother remained close throughout their lives. Pat married Raygen Nixon on August 13, 1954. They shared a great love and were married 64 years when Raygen passed in 2018. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Mike Nixon, Tommie Nixon and wife Holly, Lisa Davidson and husband Clifford; grandchildren, Sonnye and Matt Morris, Jessie Nixon, Sara and Eric Aguerro; great-grandchildren, Bryton, Reid and Lily Morris and Jonas, Elliot, Leo and Mila Aguerro; sister-in-law, Barbara Collins; along with many special nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat was "Grammy" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved the title and was proud of each of them. A devout member of the First Baptist Church of Junction, she always remained strong in her faith, she loved reading the Word of God and took any opportunity to share it with others. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held graveside at London Cemetery, Thursday, September 7, 2023, 10:00AM. Services for David Luke Robertson, 62, of Junction, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p. m. , Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at Center Grove Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, June 5, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 p. m. , at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. David was born December 16, 1960 in Waco, Texas, and passed away May 26, 2023 in Junction, Texas. He is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Robertson; nephew, Rhett Aaron Robertson; stepfather, Roy "Butch" Parker; and stepbrother, Chance Lee Parker. He is survived by his father, John Dixon Robertson, Jr. of Alpine, Texas; mother, Sarah Ann Parker of Livingston, Texas; brothers, Barry Joe Robertson and wife Karyn of Bridge City, Texas, John Dixon Robertson, III and wife Nancy of Junction, Texas, and Randal "Randy" Lee Robertson of Junction, Texas; and daughter, Tonda Hawkins of Lake Jackson Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Richard (Dicky) Udell Adams, 80 years old of Junction, Texas, Kimble County, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by family. Dicky was born to Edward Delaney and Eula Irene Crumbley Adams in Junction, Texas on June 29, 1941. In his early years, he and his dad Edward owned Adams Chevron and Adams Sinclair Service Station. Dicky ranched until daughter Sheila was born and then began his career with the Texas Department of Transportation (Highway Department) Jan. 1967 and retired 32 1/2 years later. Dicky had a passion for deer and elk hunting, fishing, ranching, pulling pranks and telling a few fun, TALL tales. Dicky is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Eula Adams; grandparents, Emma and Dave Adams and Tom and Della Crumbley and brother Donald Adams. Dicky is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janet Adams, daughter Sheila Mills and husband Greg, brothers, Eddie Joe, David and wife Garvene, Bobby and wife Patti Adams, sister in law Eda New and husband David and a large extended family. At his request, there will be no visitation. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 10:00 a. m. at the Kimble Funeral Home with burial to follow at Junction City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Jay Daniel, Charles Adams, Kenny Smart, Rocky Daniel, Nate Nichols and Nash Nichols. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Couey, John Rimes, Bobby Hurley and Benny Smith.
