"Noah Blake Moore Jr. died at home on February 15. Blake was born to Noah Sr. and Jane Smith Moore on January 14, 1955, in Paris, Texas. He graduated Paris High School and attended Paris Junior College on a golf scholarship. He was a man who worked hard when he had to, and let the rest take care of itself. He enjoyed traveling, race cars, and gambling. He especially loved music and spending time with his family. He was witty and funny and will be remembered for his sense of humor. He is preceded in death by his parents Noah Blake Moore Sr. and Jane Smith Moore and his brother Kelly Smith Moore. "Millie Marie (Vandevier) Jackson was born on November 2, 1935, in Mill Creek, Oklahoma to Mark and Ola (Lovett) Vandevier. Millie passed away on February 15, 2024, in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 88. Millie married Vernon White on December 23, 1950, and he preceded her in death on December 21, 1970. She later married Thad Jackson on August 10, 1972, and he preceded her in death on January 14, 1997. Millie is preceded in death by her parents Mark and Ola Vandevier; first husband Vernon White; second husband Thad Jackson; sons Lowell Lee White Leslie Ray White; daughters in laws Phyllis White, Regina White, and Ruth Ann White; grandson James Lee White; brothers Richard Vandevier, Carl Lesley Vandevier, and G.W. (Dub) Vandevier; and sister Elizabeth Ruth. Millie is survived by her son Lonnie Gene White and his wife Gwendylen; son Lindal White and his wife Faye; stepson Thad Jackson Jr.; grandchildren Michelle and husband Scott, Alan, Mandy and husband Jacob, Tiffany and husband Aaron, and Vernon; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends. Funeral services to celebrate Millie’s life will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, February 19, 2024, at Browns’ Funeral Service Chapel in Durant, Oklahoma. Pastor Rayden Whitmire will officiate. Interment will follow in Condon Grove Cemetery in Milburn, Oklahoma with Jacob Nutter, Aaron Saldivar, Spencer Eagleberger, Dusty Atnip, J.D. Hicks, and Dusty Rhodes serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Dooley, Jimmie Hicks, and Benny Arnott. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 3-5 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home. Charlotte "Pauline" (Runyan) Adams North was born August 11, 1941 to Delbert and Lorena (Brammer) Runyan in Springfield, Ohio. Charlotte grew up in Springfield and attended Springfield High School. She was united into marriage to William "Bill" North in Springfield on May 23, 1981. The couple made their first home in Springfield, Ohio. She lived in Phoenix, Arizona, Urbana, Ohio before settling in Woodward, Oklahoma. Charlotte worked in the HR department for Walmart. She enjoyed playing solitaire, doing puzzles and words with her friends. She loved camping, family gatherings and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Charlotte is survived by her children, Martin Adams and wife Tami, Bret Adams and wife Terry, Jerry Adams and wife Laura, Kim Moe and husband Randy, Tara Crow; daughter in law, Kim Stant; 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Cody Joe Odom passed away at home on February 8, 2024, in his hometown of Durant, Oklahoma. He was born on July 31, 1980, in the same close-knit community, to David Odom and Katherine (Bourne) Odom.His legacy lives on through his devoted wife, Sarah, and their four cherished children, Jessica, Kinsley, Judd, and Tate. He is also survived by his siblings Heather Chloupek, Dana Hagans, JD Crowley and his wife Alison, Steven Potts and his wife Amy, Tamara Ogden, and Joey Hobbs and his wife Sheila. Also, his stepmother, Deborah Odom, and parents-in-law, Rod and Elia Reyes, along with sisters-in-law Amy Ramos and her husband Ruben, and Stephanie Makke and her husband Richard, will forever hold Cody's memory in their hearts, as well as his numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.Preceding Cody in death are his parents David Odom and Kathy Crowley.Cody was a respected Team Lead at Oklahoma Natural Gas, where his leadership and dedication were evident to all who worked alongside him. His love for the great outdoors was a defining aspect of his life. He found solace and joy in nature, whether he was camping under the stars, hunting in the early morning light, or fishing in the tranquil waters of Oklahoma's lakes and rivers. His passion for the outdoors was a gift he shared with his family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Cody also enjoyed cooking for his friends and family. Those who had the pleasure of enjoying a meal prepared by Cody will fondly remember the care and love he poured into every dish.His family will receive friends at his Family Hour on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home. Brenda passed from this life on February 8, 2024, in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 76. She graduated from Linden-Kildare High School and Eastern Oklahoma State University and later married Loyd Wayne Watson. She worked various jobs throughout her life, but her favorite job was being a wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker for her family. She loved spending time with her family, working on the family tree, and watching her Sr. Louis Cardinals play baseball. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Mary Imogene Sharp; maternal grandparents Frank and Ethel (Carter) Shelton and paternal grandparents John Lincoln and Minnie (King) Sharp. "Stephanie Ann Miller left this world peacefully on February 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Donald Ingram and Lisa Hall on October 4, 1977, in Junction City Kansas. As a young girl, her mother Lisa married A.J. Shastid who became her dad and raised her to become the beautiful woman she was. Stephanie passionately pursued a career in nursing after graduating from Southeastern Oklahoma State University Nursing School, not only was she proud to be a nurse she took care of her patients with excellence. On January 11th, 2013, she married Jerry Miller in Durant, Oklahoma. She enjoyed reading and buying purses and her Frenchies. However, her favorite times were when she was with her grandchildren or on a date with her husband at the movies. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd and Lenora Shastid and Vivous and Evelyn Hall and Shirly Glover. Her sister Victoria Shastid, her aunt Lethafaye Shastid, and her uncle David Hall. Left to cherish her memories and carry on her legacy is her husband Jerry Miller of the home. Her daughters Libby Martinez and husband Darius of Durant Latosha and Jason Tran of Durant and Savannah and Cole Goodson of Durant. Her parents A.J. and Lisa Shastid of Bennington, Don and Kathy Ingram of Salina, Kansas. Sisters Lacy and Tyler Richardson of Bennington and Sarah and Lance Thompson of Bennington.
