(nee McDonald) Gutman; loving father of Gene Gutman Jr. , Sherry (Dan) Presson, Dennis Gutman and Robin (Kathy) Gutman; dear grandfather "Gramps" of Shannon, Meghan, Tyler, Christopher, Alex, Austin, Danielle and Amanda; dearest great-grandfather of Cameron; loving son of the late Lawrence Sr. and Jeanette (nee Ward) Gutman; dear son-in-law of the late John and Corrine McDonald; loving brother of Audrey (the late Walter) Paschall and the late Lawrence Gutman Jr. and Linda Gerber; dear brother-in-law of Mai Gutman, Henry Gerber, Maureen Stranz, Michael (Barb) McDonald, Helen (the late Pat) McDonald, Bob (the late Jean) Piant and the late Joyce (Chuck) Saunders, Ken (Judy) McDonald; our dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Service will be held on Monday, September 18th, 10 am at HUTCHENS MORTUARY AND CREMATION CENTER, 675 Graham Rd. , Florissant, MO 63031. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. Ogan, Veda (Nee Wamble) Passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 at the age of 87. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gail Charles Ogan Jr. Loving mother of the late Ronny Ogan, the late Randy Ogan, Tim (Kathy) Ogan, and Toni Ogan. Dear sister of the late Joe Wamble, the late Clifford Wamble, and the late Don Wamble. Veda was a loving aunt, cousin and friend to many. Veda was born in Richland, MO to the late Lewis and Joyce Wamble (Nee Robinson). She grew up in Dexter, MO living off the land in her family's log cabin, which still stands today as a historical monument. She grew up with a love of everything outdoors, and enjoyed gardening, bird-watching and fishing. After marrying her husband Gail, they spent time traveling around Europe while he was in the AirForce. Veda loved her family. She took great pride in being a mother to her children and enjoyed spending time with them and her "grandpuppies". Veda was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who had the joy to know her. Visitation for Veda will be held at Hutchens Mortuary, Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 4-8:00PM. A Graveside service will be held Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at 12:00PM at Chapel Hill Memorial Chapel in Dixon, Illinois.Show more

Cherished wife of the late Bernard Lorson; beloved mother of Elizabeth (Derrick) Roberts-Yahn and the late Cecelia Alwell; dear grandmother of Morgan Alwell, Matthew Alwell, Luke Yahn, and Joshua Yahn; treasured sister of Howard Florence, Jr. ;cherished daughter of the late Howard and Alma Florence; admired step-daughter of Reba Lacy Whalen; loving friend to many. Marge's greatest love in life was her grandchildren and she was very proud of them and all of their accomplishments. She will be missed by all who knew her. Cherished wife of 55 years to the late Don Schneider; loving mother of the late Mary Ann Meyer (Greg), Richard Schneider (Kathy), Sharon Meyerhoff (Mark) and Dale Schneider (Lisa Kelley); dear grandmother of 8; beloved great-grandmother 15; cherished daughter of the late Herman and Agnes Keeven; sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend to many. Rose retired from Schnucks. She loved to quilt, bowl, and play golf. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Estes; dear daughter of the late John and Avis Glenn; loving mother of Christa (Don) Nichols, Cathy (Chris) Moore and the late Mary Estes; loving grandmother of Julia, Jessica, James and the late Jacob; dear friend to many. Visitation will be at Buchholz Florissant on Sunday, December 10, 2023, 4:00-8:00, 619 Rue St. Francois, Florissant, MO. Peggy was a graduate of Normandy High School and Southeast Missouri State University and taught in the Riverview Gardens School District for 37 Years. She is survived by Husband, Dave Hassler; loving mother of two children, Jennifer (Chris) Aubuchon, and Jessica (Chris) Sargent; step-children Lisa (Ryan) Greenwell and Michael Hassler; sister to Fran Smith, Carolyn Stewart, John (Debbie) Diebold and Cindy (Lance) Thomas; proud Nana and grandmother of 4, Melissa (Andrew) Leesmann, Christopher Sargent, Ethan Aubuchon and Emily Aubuchon; great grandmother of 3, Connor Reis, Aiden Reis and Teagan Leesmann; great-great grandmother of 1, Juniper Reis. Claudia worked with Delta and TWA Airlines as a ticketing agent and flight attendant for many years. She loved to travel and spend time at the farm, including the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains and some RV trips. Some of her favorite pastimes were being a D. J, spending time in her garden, volunteering with her local church, and playing Pinochle with her card club friends. She was a good friend to many. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, taking them fishing, playing baseball in the backyard, climbing up the backyard trees, attending many grand-parents days at schools. She loved to shop, and always tried to find the best possible deal. Judy enjoyed basket making, sewing, photography, roller skating and all things Christmas. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.
