Gary L. Archacavage, age 62, longtime resident of Cream Ridge, formerly of New Egypt, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at home. He was born on May 20, 1961 to the late Chester and Joan (nee Champion) Archacavage. Gary worked as a railroad laborer for Local 172. He enjoyed going fishing, and watching NASCAR. Gary was avid about watching the Andy Griffith Show. He was a loving husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend that will be deeply missed. Gary is predeceased by his parents, Chester and Joan Archacavage; and his brother, Costy C. Archacavage. He leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Rosemarie Archacavage of Cream Ridge; his son, Michael Archacavage of Cream Ridge; his sister, Valerie Verderosa and husband Robert of Robbinsville; his sister-in-law, Andrea Tilton of Wrightstown; and his niece Kayla Archacavage of Wrightstown. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Gary at 12 PM on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 with interment to follow at Jacobstown Baptist Cemetery located at 49 Jacobstown Arneytown Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. The lord knew he was tired and called upon Bruce Edward Wheeler. Bruce passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at his home. Bruce was born on October 29, 1951 in Portland, Maine to Joan (nee Libby) and Anthony Wheeler. Bruce attended Allentown High School and then enlisted into the United States Marine Corps in 1969. Bruce served a tour in Vietnam as a Lance Corporal. After proudly serving his country honorably he started his family. In Bruce's down time, you could find him at the softball fields, watching NASCAR or Westerns, or at the track. Bruce spent many years coaching and playing men's softball, where his teams won many Championships. Bruce was an avid racing fan, not only did he drive the cars, but he also owned multiple dirt racing cars, worked the pit crew, and was a huge supporter of East Windsor, Flemington, Bridgeport, and New Egypt Speedways. As well as several Pennsylvania and Delaware tracks. Most importantly Bruce loved his family and having all of them around. He enjoyed making people happy, whether it was making them food or cracking jokes. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Diana (nee Ely). His daughters; Kristine (Michael), Erin (Luis), Megan, and son Steven (Christina). Bruce had 8 grandchildren; Peter, Alexandria, Anthony, Michael, Andrew, Jaxsen, Carter, and Nicholas that he adored. As well as many close friends he cared for as if they were family. But most of all Bruce was loved by those who knew him. Kim D. End, age 66, of Jacobstown passed away peacefully on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly with family at her side. Kim was born October 24, 1956, in Miami Beach, Florida and later moved to New Jersey where she met and married the love of her life Charlie which recently celebrated 47 years together. Kim and Charlie had two children together, daughter Rebecca and son Cain. Kim worked and retired early on from the Federal Government and then later worked in the cafeteria at C. B. Lamb School where she was loved by all the kids. She was also devoted to her family, loved cross stitching and so much so she started her own business named from her love of cows "Kim's Udder Heaven". Kim was an excellent cook; she just opened the refrigerator and saw something no other could and made magic. She shared her love through cooking, putting on stunningly large, delicious Holiday spreads, catering work events and would insist on sending you away those meticulously packed doggie bags. Kim wouldn't stop at entrees as she was an excellent baker too and loved to bake holiday cookies with her daughter. Kim was pre-deceased by her parents John and Hilda Judson. She is survived by her Husband Charlie, her Sister Sandra, Brother Tom, Uncle Charlie, Cousin Peggy, Daughter Rebecca, Son Cain, Daughter In-Law Maddy, Loving Grandchildren Cristain, Xavier, Ian, Josh, Jon, loving Nieces Christina, Sarah, Nicole, Toni, Emily, Nephews Ray and Brad. Special thanks to the Masonic Home and Virtua Hospital for the tender care and compassion showed to Kim throughout and up to the final moments of her life. Frank C. Parolari, Jr. , 64, of New Egypt, New Jersey died Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Mr. Parolari was born on November 19, 1958 in Staten Island, New York and moved to New Jersey in the 1970s. He held a successful career as an accomplished harness trainer and driver and in his later years headed maintenance on a local farm where he continued to exercise his love of animals, particularly horses, working on projects and the outdoors. He also owned and operated, along with his wife, Full Circle Training Stables in New Egypt. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on automobiles, taking on indoor and outdoor projects, watching crime documentaries, listening to oldies music, and spending time with family and friends. He also loved playing with his numerous pets which included his four dogs, Jake, Otis, Lola, and Jojo. Mr. Parolari is survived by his loving wife of over seven years, Michelle, of New Egypt, two loving sisters, AnnMarie Parolari of New Jersey and Diane Dempsey and husband, Howard of Florida, his loving niece, Paula Battiato of New Jersey, of whom he was especially close as well as numerous loving family members and lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. and Lillian as well as his older brother, Peter. Mr. Parolari was full of life and brought joy and laughter to everyone who knew him. He was known for his jokes, his crazy sense of humor, his larger-than-life personality, and his willingness to always offer a helping hand. He touched so many lives and will be deeply missed. Mr. Parolari is to be cremated. A memorial service will be held in his honor at Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023 between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. PATRICK E. LANDOLFI, 81, of New Egypt, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell, NJ. He was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Edison, NJ and Jackson Twp. , NJ, prior to settling in New Egypt 1 year ago. Patrick was employed as a mailer and a foreman in the production department though Teamsters Union #1100, working for the Newark Evening News, the New Brunswick Home News, and The Star Ledger, prior to his retirement in 2008. He was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp. , and was an old fashion car enthusiast. Patrick was predeceased by his parents, Pasquale and Josephine Landolfi; and by his son, Patrick N. Landolfi. He is survived by his wife, of 60 years, Lucille Landolfi; his daughter, Theresa Bates and her husband, William Jr. of Jackson Twp. ; his grandchildren, William P. Bates and Tiffany Nicole Bates; and by his brother, Robert Landolfi and his wife, Sandy of FL. Jean M. Rhode passed away at her home in New Egypt on Friday, September 29, 2023, surrounded in the love of her husband and family. Jean was 88 years old. Born in Jersey City on May 20, 1935, to the late Genevieve and John Lee, she resided in Jersey City where she met and married the love of her life Robert E. Rhode in 1955. Jean joined her husband to live in Germany during his time in service and they enjoyed traveling Europe together. Jean and Robert returned and went on to have three daughters JudeAnne, Jeanne and Darlene. Jean resided in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township for many years before retiring to New Egypt 24 years ago. Mrs. Rhode was employed as accounts receivable manager with United Paper Company in Edison prior to her retirement and had previously worked in the accounts payable department of Margaretten Financial Corporation. Jean belonged to the Columbiettes at Don Bosco Council #5809, Knights of Columbus, Port Reading. Jean enjoyed traveling to Ireland and meeting her cousin still residing in her grandfather's home. Jean really loved planning vacation with her children and grandchildren Disney Land and Sea Cruises, Baltic Cruise, and the Mediterranean Cruise which was her personal favorite visiting the home of the Blessed Mother in Turkey, and a trip to Hawaii. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her grandchildren Joseph, Robert, Julia and Dominic DiSanto, in 1999 and her brother, David Ortmann, in 2011. Surviving are her loving husband of 68 years, Robert E. Rhode; daughters, Jude Anne Pak of Freehold, Jeanne DiSanto of Colonia and Darlene Zawada of New Egypt; grandchildren, Hanna Lee, Meghan, BreAnne, Makayla, and Makenzie Pak, Rachel and Bianca DiSanto and Dylan, Colin and Kirsten Zawada; and cherished great grandchildren, James Robert Zawada, Luke, Amelia and Micah Lee. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 3:00 p. m. until 7:00 p. m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen. com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday morning at 10:00 from the funeral home, a Mass of Resurrection will follow at 10:30 a. m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. James Harry Search, age 74, passed away on September 25, 2023 at home with his family by his side. Jim was born at the Allentown hospital, Allentown, New Jersey to the late Dorothy (nee Goff) and James Oscar Search on May 24, 1949. Jim graduated from Allentown High School in 1967. Jim always a dairy farmer in his heart, loved and knew his cows and farmed most of his life. He worked with his family on their family farm, Big Way Farm; he then purchased the farm with his brother and partner, Bill Search. Jimmy then went on to operate his own business as an independent contractor for the State of New Jersey. Next he went to work at the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections Wagner Farm where his knowledge and expertise of both dairy animals and crops were appreciated by his coworkers. He retired in December of 2019 after 20 plus years. At home, Jimmy and Leslie had a Christmas Tree Farm, and then started a Goat Dairy where they were the only goat dairy to sell pasteurized goat milk in New Jersey, did agri-tours, all while being ever present in their boy's lives. Jim was predeceased by his parents, and brother Richard and brother-in-law, Donald Jackson. He is survived by his wife Leslie Robin; Son, Michael and wife Lorie; Son, James and wife Amy; Son, Dean and wife Allie; Son, Luke and wife Emelie, and Grandchildren: Katie, Emily, Jackson, and Christian. Jim is survived by siblings, Bill and JoAnn Search, Molly Lou Jackson, and Darlene and Richie Young, as well as sister-in-law Debbie (Kupiek) Search. Jim was adored by his nieces and nieces and nephews (and their children), Scott and Joely Jackson (Kyle and Brennan), Brett and Tina Search (Bryce, Delainey, and Brooke), Amy and Bob Forshee, Jason Search (Matt Mayfield); Melissa and Leigh Powell (Grant, Kennedy, Reagan, and Lincoln), Danielle and Chris Curnow, Shannon and Jeremy Johnson (Patrick), Kelle and Kyle Rhodes (Brynn, Parker and Maggie), and Jennifer Search. Jim and his wife, Leslie made homes and raised their boys at farms in New Egypt, Cream Ridge, and lastly in their retirement, North Virginia on the North River where they worked passionately to create a vacation haven for visitors. Always a team, they hosted many parties and picnics for family and friends. Jimmy not only made forever friends in New Jersey, but even as a "come here" was easily welcomed and cherished by many new neighbors and friends in Mathews County and across the river in Gloucester. Jim's passion was not only projects on his home, but watching his boys participate in sports including football, wrestling, soccer, basketball, baseball, and racing and his granddaughters during their high school softball, track, tennis, and bowling seasons. Jim also coached basketball and was amazing at it! He loved quiet mornings and evenings sitting in the woods during hunting season, fishing off his dock; but even more working not only his property, but neighbor's on his tractor with his new favorite attachment, his grapple! Sunday morning tradition of going to the New Egypt flea market with Sky, was continued here in Virginia at the Gloucester Flea Market. May his spirt and personality live on through his sons and their children and may he continue to watch over Leslie, Sky, and Polly Sue Funeral services for Jim will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the New Egypt United Church - Atkinson Hall, 9 Fort Avenue, New Egypt, NJ 08533 with burial to follow in Jacobstown Cemetery on Schoolhouse Road in Jacobstown. ROBERT W. ANDERSON, 62, also known as Robbie Obbie #258, of New Egypt, NJ, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023, at home surrounded by his family. Rob was born in New York, NY and had resided in Lakewood Twp. , NJ, prior to settling in New Egypt 15 years ago. Rob proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during the Lebanon Crisis, receiving the Good Conduct Medal, the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and the Marksmanship Rifle Badge. He was employed as a detective for the Lakewood Twp. Police Department for 23 years, prior to his retirement in May 2021. Rob was a member of the Lakewood PBA Local # 71, and loved attending country concerts with his family, riding his Harley Davidson and was a NASCAR enthusiast. He was always working on a project, known to help a friend in need with his spackling and taping skills, after being in the taper's union, prior to becoming #258 in the Lakewood police department. Robbie Obbie was the life of the party, always had a story to tell, and was quick with the jokes. Rob put up a strong fight against non hodgkin's lymphoma, followed by ALS for seven years. He was a friend to all, generous in his acts and loved his family so much. Robbie will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He was predeceased by mother, Patricia Anderson. Rob is survived by his wife of 32 years, April Anderson; his daughters, Kelly Badilla and her husband, David, and Katelynn Anderson; his grandchildren, Alexi Bell and her husband, Mason, and Joseph Rivera; and by his great grandchild, Averie Bobbi Cherie Bell.
